M. Z.Had a non fault accident where my rear bumper, boot, crash bar and a few other parts were smashed in. First of all I am EXTREMELY picky with who I let to touch my car, but unfortunately I would have had to pay extra to get it sorted by my usual garage. Luckily Alan's team did a great job on fixing all parts needed and repainting the car. I would have noticed a single scratch but it was indeed a very good job.
Knocking one star off because I had to drive to Uddingston myself to pick up the courtesy car and then again to drop it back off and pick my own car up, but happy enough overall.
I was so paranoid after reading some horrible reviews on other Gemini ARC branches, so if you're in the same boat I wouldn't worry about this particular one!
j. d.Had to have 2 side doors replaced due to a non fault accident. Gemini Uddingston dropped a courtesy car to my home and regularly kept me up to date on the progress. The work done was to a high standard and looked good as new. Would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the long wait to get the parts.

Was I formed I'd head shortly possibly that day or the next. I heard back a few hours later advising my car could be fixed
A few days later had an update that all parts were ordered and I should hear soon for a completion date. Was contacted within a week to say my car was ready and could.be collected the next day

Hire car company were constantly calling me for updates and this stopped after speaking with Lorraine. Delighted with the car on its return to me. First class service!

M.I have just picked up my car from Gemini Accident repair in Glasgow and I must say the service from start to finish has been excellent , I was involved in an accident a couple of weeks ago , I got a call from the third parties insurer Esure who said Gemini would be in touch to arrange the repairs. My first thought was the hassle of arranging everything but Gemini organised it all including the hire car and kept me informed throughout the process, they have carried out a first class repair with my car cleaned and looking like new and the staff could not be anymore helpful .........keep up the good work Gemini

C. M.I hope they can keep this level of service up as they get busy because it may be the best experience I had to part with money for I have ever had. Don't get me wrong I was not happy about the car needing repaired in the first place (hit & run) just before Christmas, but they "almost" made up for it.
I was the first customer in the Glasgow branch and don't write many reviews, but, they were as close to perfect as I reckon you can get. Super fast (think Amazon turnaround), perfect work, everyone there was really nice from the guy who picked my car up to the people I met when I collected it. The entire car was spotless inside and out, looked better than before some git damaged it, and the valet was even better than the one I got from the dealership when I got the car new!
Best of luck guys with the new branch! If you can keep this up going forward you will take the sting out of car damage for a lot of people, thank you!
