My BMW X5 was due a service, brake fluid replacement and MOT. I dropped my vehicle off and 5 hrs later everything completed . What a nice friendly bunch of guys . Explained everything that was due on the vehicle and carried out the work in a very professional manner . Very reasonable costs to finish it all . I recommend this business for any BMW.

My Tyre pressure monitoring system had failed on my 2019 G20 320d. I called Harry Fairbairn in Giffnock and they quoted me £162 just for the diagnostics i.e. before they would even touch it. I knew HF would end up stinging me for £400 or so. I was fed up of being constantly ripped off by them so I called Glasgow Independent BMW and they quoted me a much lower price. I took it in on the Monday at 2pm, they called me back an hour later. One sensor had failed and they were gonna replace it that day. Picked my car up at 4pm and the sensor had been replaced, error message gone on the idrive system. I knew I could trust these guys as they had old school BMWs outside, as well as top dollar modern BMWs and minis too. This is obviously a garage that drivers trust and I had a good feeling when I walked in. I will definitely be going back to them for all future MOT and servicing needs. Would highly recommend. Top guys.

Fantastic service. Dropped the car off first thing and had it back within 3 hours. Saved me nearly £400 versus the main dealership. My iDrive was also updated and a full breakdown of the work was provided. Very professional service and I’d recommend giving them a phone if you’re needing some work done.

Found this garage after finding Harry Fairbairn’s service unprofessional and impersonal. Cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is superb. They squeezed me in to check out my car after a noise developed and they located and solved the issue quickly. Been several times now and so happy I have found a reliable garage.

If you own a BMW then theres no better trustworthy garage. These guys have the equipment and knowledge of a BMW dealership yet charge you significantly less. I had a coolant leak somewhere in the engine and it was fixed the same day. Fast & friendly service and could not recommend them highly enough. This place has a 5 star rating for a reason.

Very honest and reliable garage. I booked my car in to have some work carried out, Joni came and picked it up from my work, fixed it and returned it in time for me going home. Excellent service from the guys, took in our Mini Cooper S which was running rough, a quick diagnosis and general look over on the Friday and got a call to discuss. I called Joni back on Saturday morning to give him the go ahead, the car was back with us after getting the timing chain changed, a full service and an MOT on Tuesday afternoon, and significantly cheaper than I ever expected. The car is now running better than ever and it was washed for collection - washed properly too, not something you get with main dealers. Thoroughly recommend them for any BMW/Mini problems or services.

Hi. Joni has just repaired my sickly BMW Z4 which was running like a dodgy diesel locomotive from the 1950s. We had been chatting about it, we agreed a price to change the timing chain and I left the little beauty with him. Despite the job growing arms and legs and ageing him by at least twenty years Joni stuck to the original price and completed the work. It's rare that anyone in this game is so decent and accommodating. In short, if you need some work doing then give Joni a call and let him help you out. I very much doubt that you'll regret doing so. Absolutely thrilled with the work done by GIBMS. After a quick diagnosis with no faults found, booked 320i in for a timing chain replacement.
