Car threw a wobbly after being driven 400+ miles Even though they were very busy, they still managed to fit us in and run a diagnostic. Honest, straightforward and decent. So good we left a 20 quid tip. Thank you guys, you put our mind to rest and we were able to enjoy the rest of our break in your lovely part of the world.

We Broken down while on holiday in Llanrwst car was taken to Gwydyr garage. It was First class service staff very helpful and as we were on our hols got us back on the road ASAP. These guys are amazing. The car threw a wobbly after being driven up from London. Took it in to these guys, even though they were busy they managed to take a look. Ran out through diagnostics, unfortunately couldn't find the fault, but were kind enough to do this for gratis. The better half left them money to buy a round in for the whole garage. Diamond gents. If I ever get stranded in North Wales, in my car, I'm going straight here.

I was involved in an accident just around the corner from this garage with a cyclist hitting my car from the side, my wheel was popped and my wing mirror was smashed. This garage helped me fit my spare tyre and sorted out the wing mirror enough for me to continue on my way. They charged me very little and really saved the day - couldn't recommend them more!

"Check Engine" came on with a warning about certain systems so had a mad dash to a nearby Garage. Ended up here and have to say top quality service. Brilliant in every aspect. Can't fault them.

Fantastic service at this garage. Turned up with a puncture at 12 on a Saturday and thought I'd have no chance of getting it fixed at such short notice. I was back on the road 15 minutes later with a fully repaired tyre. Brilliant service and an absolute life saver for me on the day.

Came along on a wet Saturday morning with a flat punchered tyre and experienced the most reassuring friendly service to diagnose the issue. Sadly they didn't have the tyre size in stock but kindly made calls to source another supplier and we were back on the road with time to hike. Didn't even accept any compensation for the time and effort. Very kind professional and highly recommended!

The best garage I ever visited! got a puncture and desperately needed to get it fixed before a 5 hours drive back to London. The owner (Sorry, didn't get the name) was extremely helpful and managed to get the punctured tyre checked up immediately in a busy Saturday. Once realised the tyre beyond repair nor any right size in stock, the owner made several calls and eventually found me a tyre shop nearby which had the issue fixed at a great price! The owner refused to charge for the time he spent. Because of the most assuring service, we managed to get home safe and on time! much appreciated!

I totally agree with the other positive reviews, such a helpful and honest guy running the place. On a day when the garage was flat out busy they were extremely flexible, got us straight in, diagnosed in minutes, part ordered moments later with an hour turnaround. Very reasonable price too. Definitely the best garage experience I've ever had, wish this was local for me.

Fantastic garage, honest and genuine, went into to have my exhaust checked and told me that they could do repairs but that it would cost more than the car is worth, showed me all the faults, then patched my exhaust, manifold etc up, and refused to take money off me!!! They may not of repaired the car fully, but they've gained a customer for life!!!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Punctured my tyre and needed a new one ASAP. Only place open at half 6 at night. Put a new one on and at a reasonable price. Quick and great service and a top chap!🙂

Wonderful & honest owners. We popped in on 14/6/19 as due to some rather hazardous weather conditions and challenging driving conditions we'd managed to burn the tread off our front tyres. The Chap and his wife were lovely. The Chap (sorry didn't get a name) went off to check his stock and came back to say he did have two of the right tyres but only the top premium ones @ £87 each. He then proceeded to give us the phone number and directions to a Tyre Specialist, Nant Conwy Tyres in Llanrwst who had 2 budget tyres in stock @ £49 each. Wonderful service, and lovely to encounter such honesty. Thank you

Brilliant garage - we turned up out of the blue while there for the weekend with several problems and they sorted them all right away at a very reasonable cost, even staying late to finish the job so we could make it home. So grateful, and so impressed.

Whilst on holiday over in in North Wales, my mother in laws car broke down. She took it to this garage and I have to say that I have never dealt with a more honest bloke as Terry (the owner). Although he never managed to sort the problem (due to time constaints), he refused to take full payment for parts or and money for labour. This was because he had said that "I can't let a car go out of here not fixed". He is a genuine guy (and there are not many of then around!). I will definitely take my car to him if I am staying in the area.

Can't praise this garage enough. This is the second time my 4x4 has broken down whilst holidayung here in N Wales. First time, I limped it in, Terry downed tools and came to my rescue. A year later, another unexpected leak, and despite his appointment book saying 'Full' in big red letters, Terry comes to my rescue again. Although it was probably the last thing he needed on an already busy day, Terry was kin, honest and went right out of his way for me. So grateful.

Was out visiting the local area on a day trip with family...tyre sprung a puncture in the middle of no where....i off course panicked because my fancy car has no spare..........This garage was reccomended to me by a local hotel.......not only did they have an 18" weird sized tyre in they fitted it within the hour and i was on my way saved from spending the night in my car :D...........Cheers !!!
