After poor communication and service from another garage I was recommended to use H Macartney. I was worried that it would be the same. It wasn’t. They were fantastic. The team kept me updated, dealt with everything and my car was finished ahead of time. The car came back immaculate and even smelt fresh! Callum was notably very helpful, I admit that I can be a demanding customer and it never felt like anything was too much. I now recommend them to everyone. Thanks H Macartney! Another happy customer!!

Top class service from start to finish 5⭐. After contacting them and sending over pictures of my car they were able to quote me very quickly and organise in an acceptable amount of time the collection of my car. I was kept well informed of my car's progress which is much better compared to other garages that don't tell you anything and leave you wondering. When it was ready to collect I was given a walk around the car to make sure I was happy with it. The job they did was absolutely superb and cannot fault the lengths they had gone to ensuring that the standard was perfect. The car looked showroom ready! The paint job they did matches the rest of the car which is something another garage messed up for me so I was very happy that I found H Macartneys. I have now had my car back several weeks and I am still over the moon with the professional job they done to my car. I am so pleased I thought it would be best to share with others online so if you were in the same position I was in looking for a bodyshop for accident repairs there is no question about choosing these guys they know exactly what they are doing and get the job done right in am acceptable amount of time (which is rare these days with garages!) Very happy customer, I will use their services again 😁👍

Regular updates when they were needed and not just updates for the sake of updates. My car was repaired promptly in the timescales agreed & back better than new. It even smelled new from the excellent valet it received. Having recommended by insurance company , found this company a bit of inconvenience & a pain from first day , the time they take to come to front desk after ringing the bell for attention then attend but to then disappear, check the damage of car then inconvenience of having to arrange a date for to bring it in for repair, then the amount required of legal document licence checks proper paper certificates of insurance in order to get courtesy car think I spent more time standing in waiting room to have attendance , had my car returned paint work was very gd job but then later I had found lacquer missing from bonnet due to masking tape removed perhaps
