K. r.The steering bar for my bike had come loose on my way to the gym, this place is right next to it so I went along to ask for a tool to use. A friendly staff member at reception asked me to bring the bike around to the garage, one of the guys there helped fix the bike and also put the chain back on for no cost. Thanks for your kindness guys !
D. W.Booked my car in for a MOT and service. Garage opens 8 a.m. and I left my car in the care of staff from 7:45 a.m so I had a chance of being one of the first to be inspected. Specifically told them that I needed the car back by 4 (8 hours seemed plenty of time) as I had to drive home after work. Wasn't ready at 4 and although they were sympathetic it didn't help that I had to wait another hour before the car was ready. No complaints about the work carried out but customer service needs a wee bit of improvement.

A. D.MOTd and repaired my car. They did a very nice job fixing the exhaust manifold and the brakes, also they've been very communicative, calling several times to keep me updated on the situation. The price was fair and the service exceeded my expectations (they took care of other minor issues and washed the car as well). I will definitely use their services again in the future.
