Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kept me up to date with timings and called me to let me know when the car was finished. All staff were very friendly. Great price. No extra added cost. Quick turnaround. It's about a 20 mile drive from me and was worth the drive to find a gem of a place like this. I'll continue to use Kerr-Tech from now on. Outstanding guys!!!! Great customer service by Stevie who patiently replied to all my messages ahead of the appointment even outside working hours. The job was completed on the day at the pre-agreed price without any secret costs etc, although Stevie's team checked a couple of extra things I was concerned about that were not part of the job. After a couple of bad experiences at big companies' garages, I was looking for a garage I could trust that will be taking care of my car without ripping me off. Will definitely trust Stevie and his team again.

Very professional, trustworthy team and go the extra mile! I went in to get my exhaust fixed as the previous garage welded my flexi which caused severe damage,congestion and toxic fumes. Kerr-tech were able to fix everything as well as more problems with my car within 2 days with regular updates and straight to the point (no s**t)! I could not recommend these guys enough, so please don't hesitate as this is the best/reliable place to take your car! Thanks again guys.

Excellent service: competent, transparent and friendly. After losing patience (lots of time and money too) with my Honda dealer, I decided to take the car to Steve (recommended to me by a colleague from work). He found the problem, offered options for repairs and carried them out. The repairs were not cheap (mainly parts) but since then, the problem has gone away. I am a very happy customer and will certainly keep using Steve for all regular maintenance of my car. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Best garage in the Rutherglen. Professional and honest service with a good price. I went to a different palaces in Glasgow to fix my car and all of them were disappointing. Kerr-tech done for me so far few repairs, service and MOT and I am always pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anybody in Glasgow.

Booked car in advance got call night before regarding pick up time. Came on time picked up car got phone call telling me he was going to do MOT first .got phone call telling me that car was ready. The work on it was service MOT and timing belt change . When he called back he told me that my waterpump was OK and did not need changed as it was did not run off the timing belt and needed to change windscreen wiper blade. All in all everything went to plan delivered car back with the paperwork and emailed the invoice and the price was really good we'll satisfied and will useagain

Just purchased a 2nd hand car and unfortunately very quickly it had issues. Brought it to Kerr Tech and in a day he had spoken to the garage and warranty guys, fixed the car and kept me updated to as i needed it back ASAP, i use it for work! Got it back the next day perfect. I was told of Kerr-Tech by a friend who was impressed by the quality of work. My car was due it's MOT, and not trusting ANY of the garages in Paisley, decided to give them a go. By far one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted like an old friend by Steven the owner and everyone else. I was talked TO, NOT AT, which I appreciated as I dislike any mechanic/engineer assuming I know nothing about the workings of a car. After the MOT, everything was explained, from advisories to fail points and what was needed and, most importantly, how much it would cost to rectify things. There was none of that worry that you were being ripped off by an unscrupulous garage looking to line their pockets by fleecing yours. I have fallen victim to that on more than one occasion so am very wary but no such worry here. They are the most honest garage I have ever dealt with........by a country mile!!!!!! Needless to say, Kerr-Tech have had ALL my business, from replacing side repeater lenses to replacement of track control arms. He also looks after my partner's car and keeps it in tip top condition. Whatever you need doing to your car, you will be hard pressed to find anyone up to the quality and service of Kerr-Tech. As I said before, I drive all the way over to Rutherglen from Paisley and there are hundreds of garages in between, but NOBODY comes even close to matching them. You will NOT be disappointed with their work.

Car in for MOT today. Great friendly staff who went out of their way to explain why my car initially failed and then made a clear suggestion of how to replace the faulty parts and for a good price. Repair was carried out and i got the car back by mid afternoon, which was fantastic as it wasn't a straight forward repair. Great guys, great garage. Highly recommend.

Excellent service received 1st time used this car as I made a claim on my rac warranty and from all the rac approved garages the reviews of this garage were so good it tempted me to use them for the repair and the service received was A class defo 5 stars I even asked them to complete the oil change service on the car You receive a text message when the car is ready and both mechanics are very knowledgeable and know their stuff I am very happy with the work carried out and service received that I will defo use them again and also recommend to family and friends

I recently put three cars in for service and mot's. From start to finish I could not fault the service I received. My sons car passed with no problems, my daughters needed some work, Stephen knew she needed her car for work and worked on late to make sure it was finished for her. Then onto mine.....I drive a lovely car but to be honest I've always felt the brakes shuddered, I have reported this to two different garages, including Mercedes but it was still happening. As soon as Stephen looked at it he called to tell me what he thought it was, he did diagnostic testing and OMG my car is running like new. This was the first time I used this garage, it was recommended by my son but I will definitely use them again and I dont live locally but 100 miles away so I think that is the best recommendation I can give. Thanks again Stephen for working late to get us back on the road within the time stated.

5 big stars. 2nd time using Kerr-tech for my servicing on my Zafira tourer and they've been great.I work funny hours and funnily enough so do these guys so I ended up getting my service done at 7pm this week.Stevie the technician is a decent honest guy who would rather make a friend than a profit,well maybe not quite but you know you are in safe hands with him.He showed me all my old filters and even gave me a nice lecture on the need to have my car serviced regularly (to be fair I left it 2 years).The garage is fully equipped with all the latest tech and I doubt there's no job that they couldn't handle.Highly recommend them.
