Fantastic service very thorough to get to the bottom of the issue. The guys who work here were very informative and friendly. Whenever I go anywhere new I get anxious due to my disability. However as soon as we stepped into the reception we were given a seat while the work was carried out and was kept informed at every stage.

I called & didn't get an answer, but got a call back a few minutes later to ask how they could help. I asked about having my air con checked out as it just stopped working, he advised they have a master tech that comes around to do that, but i would have to wait until i get a call back to confirm when the tech availability is, as he travels between branches. I received a prompt appointment. Superb service, can't be beaten, unfortunately I don't get the same service from other branches.

Took my car in today for new tyres to be fitted. I can’t fault the service of David who was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me a list of the various options available. Stuart who fitted the tyres and did the wheel alignment was friendly and efficient.

Excellent Service! Had a booking for Wheel Balancing and Alignment but on arrival I was told that the Alignment software was down so they were unable to do it. Staff was quick to offer me 🍵 and also a same day appointment at one of the other branches. He even found be a slot at the Paisley branch but I decided to get the Wheel balancing done and then return later during the week for the alignment. + Very friendly staff + Complimentary coffee + Disabled Toilets + Well heated seating area (was a blessing on a freezing stormy day!)

I was really impressed by Craig and the team at Kwik Fit. They went above and beyond to source a tyre from another branch (over a bank holiday weekend, no less!), fitted it the same day, gave helpful advice, and friendly, professional service. So I finished work at the qeuh to return toy car and spotted a nail in the tyre. Finished work at five pm and Kwik fit closed at six pm. I thought I would not get anything done to for the car and that my weekend plans I had where I needed my car was not gonna happen. The manager of the Kwik fit answered my call and he told me to come round and he had my tyre in stock and he just took my car and fixed it. New tyre. Plans for weekend back on track. I am immensely greatful to Kwik fit and to be fair this was not the first time they have fixed my vehicle on a whims notice. Access to this specific one is not too good though. This needs looked at. This is my only criticism.

I was looking for a wheels alignment after changing all tyres from horrible ,noisy and uncomfortable run on flat to the comfy, safe and predictable Toyo proxy sport. Suprisingly I've been able to have next day appointment in Cardonald compare to Paisley where on the website show me 4 weeks forward awaiting time. Arrived just in time, being told about the process and price. From free check guys moved straight to the job ( I knew anyway will be need it ) Takes much less time what I expected and during waiting for the job done I've "bombarded" another staff member from reception with many other questions about the car etc. He was very patient and explained everything. Overall great experience. Nice and knowing what they do team. Strongly recommended and I can't see anything to give them less than 5 stars.

I went to this depot late on a Monday evening with a puncture and initially the manager indicated that they were too busy to repair/replace the tyre. He offered to blow up but on doing so he noticed the puncture was on the wall of the tyre. He was aware that I didn't have a replacement and kindly offered to replace tyre. I had booked my car in to Kwik fit Yoker, on arrival to the place the manager told me he didn't have a Mot tester he said "I shouldn't of been able to book it through the website as he never had a tester booked to work that day" the manager wasn't helpful didn't try to find another centre for me, so I managed to get the very helpful manger in Cardonald to do my mot that day. Thanks for helping me out. Customer services don't answer their phone either so you are better going in to see the staff as booking online is just a waste of time

I visited today after calling Callum (Assistant manager) to enquire if I needed to pre book. I was politely informed that I just needed to drop in and my car would be checked. Graeme checked my tyre, showed me a screw in the wall, advised against repair and gave me options for a replacement. There was no attempt to sell me other tyres ( which I didn’t need) and i was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. I would use them again. Visited again today when tyre pressure alert came on. Really honest service - pressures just needed adjusted as sensors are super sensitive. Well done guys for your honestly. Second visit to garage in a few weeks. Both excellent experiences. Firstly Tyre given temporary repair so I could go to work then new tyre fitted in mins the next day! Second visit was due to overdue MOT. Appt given very quickly and to suit me. Also requested Service, everything was explained and garage made couple phone calls to keep me updated. Callum was extremely professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. Unlike myself who can struggle to remember my registration number. Would not hesitate to recommend this garage.

Kwik Fit managed to get us in and out with no fuss yesterday. We called to advise we had two punctured tires that couldn't just be repaired and were told to come down straight away. Greg who delt with us was superb, he went above and beyond to help us out.

Quick service, job done, low price. Very convenient for me, especially when I spotted a pair of nails in my rear tyre. They had the puncture repaired and the keys back in my hand in barely 20 minutes.

Convenient location for me but I tend to avoid using Kwik Fit unless I have to. Tires can usually be found cheaper elsewhere, sometimes quite significantly cheaper, and their mots always seem to find something wrong you weren't expecting. I got a advisory warning on my brake pads that had been done less than 3 months previous. I'm sure they're thorough and have high standards.

My partner Alan Gray had a problem with his car namely a tinny, rattling noise from the front end. A call to my local Kwik Fit and I was told to bring the car down within the hour. On arrival the car was immediately taken for inspection and the problem solved. A brake disc backing plate had come adrift from it's bolt and was rattling around in the inner lip of my wheel. Unable to repair the plate the depot staff removed the damaged plate and serviced the remaining bolts. All this and a refusal to accept payment for services rendered. Just more excellent service from Kwik Fit staff.

I ordered 2 tyres to be replaced due to "un repairable" punctures. Tyres were brand new and very expensive. I was told to come the following day to have the work done. Came the next day which was a Saturday but was told to wait till Monday because the tyres didn't arrive. Job was done on Monday.

Ended up with a screw in the sidewall of the tyre last night and have used Kwik Fit in the past with varying success. Paisley branch only had 2 tyre fitters on today and so couldn't see me at all. Called Cardonald, Greg booked me in straight away and within an hour had fitted a new tyre. All staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Only snag was that they had run out of milk for the coffee machine. First World problems :-) Thanks lads, not the first time Cardonald branch has come up trumps for us. I had tried another company before KwikFit and they would have taken at least 3 days to get a tyre. Gregg and Darren took the time to explain everything and I was back on the road in 45 minutes.
