No fuss, job done and highlighted a bearing issue. I was already aware of it and had the vehicle booked in to be done elsewhere but it was good to know that the guy who is doing his job and more

We were travelling from Stirling to Birmingham last Friday afternoon and damaged one of the tyres on our electric car. We managed to make it to Kwik Fit in Cumbernauld and met Gary McMonagle who was working behind the counter. Immediately he was friendly and helpful. They didn't have the correct tyre in stock so he checked his system and phoned kwik fit garages nearby. This was no mean feat given the electric cars require special tyres and that he also had to go through the long authorisation process from my company's car handler. This took a lot of time and we were also at closing time. Gary knew we wouldn't make the journey to the nearest garage so had the tyre put in a taxi and delivered to his garage so that he could fit it himself! Absolutely outstanding service, Gary is a credit to your company.

Stewart and the rest of these guys there were brilliant yesterday! I’d had a blowout on the motorway close to slip for Cumbernauld, I searched for a tyre place and Google gave me the Kwik Fit address close to my location. I limped my car to there (has run-flats)!! Stewart there went above and beyond customer care due to my circumstances and distance to travel he stopped what he was doing and took my car in straight away changed my tyre and got me back on the road as quickly as he could. I cannot thank Stewart enough for his help yesterday. I give this Kwik Fit facility 5 stars and cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Brilliant.

i had a puncture with no spare wheel i also had a disabled passenger i arrived just as the depot was closing staff re booted their computers and changed the tyre both acted over and above required standard of customer service and both should be commended / rewarded for their unselfish attitude and a desire to assist

I got messed around on a couple of sites with bookings for mobile fitters who never turned up. Did what I should have done in the first place and booked a slot online with Kwik fit. The guy at reception was super friendly, very efficient and got the tyre changed with some good advice about the tyre pressures. Definitely make sure to book, it's a very busy place. Top marks, I will be back as a first stop in future.

I took my car here after being at another well known garage, where they told me I needed over £450 worth of work done to my brakes. I was quoted a much lower price by kwik fit and booked my car in. Imagine my surprise when I got a call a while later from the mechanic saying that he and another member of staff had checked my car and that in fact I only needed a couple of small springs and the cost would be £21. It would have been so easy to rip me off as the last garage obviously tried to do. The staff were honest, polite and really efficient. I can't recommend these people enough. It's so good to know that there is somewhere I can take my car and have complete trust in the staff. Thank you all.

This is a great Kwik Fit to use. They did a full service timing belt change and wheel alignment for a great price. They provide a great service, quick and efficient. The manager Gary was very friendly, approachable and accommodating. A big shout out to this team as well master tech Richard and service tech Joe. Highly recommended!

Would be 5 stars but although they didn't manage to fix the ad blue problem they spent lots of time trying, which I appreciate. They didn't charge me either due to not being able to full diagnosis or solve the issue. Thank you guys for your time and friendly manner.

I just wanted to share a massive thank you to Gary and the team, particularly their master tech, at Cumbernauld Kwik Fit and also the team at Titwood Road Kwik Fit. Following a diagnostic check at Titwood Road, which I wasn't charged for as they couldn't fix it due to their master tech being on furlough, I took my car to another big name garage and had been quoted a significant sum of money to replace the timing chain kit on my car. I contacted Kwik Fit Cumbernauld as this was where the only master tech is based due to covid, and they quoted over half the price for this job and got it booked in for me within the week. When the car arrived and was inspected, they called me to inform me that the issue wasn't what I had initially been told and that it was a far simpler, and cheaper, job. They explained it clearly and in a way I could understand, offering me choices at all stages, and had completed the work within a day. I collected the car today and they had saved a part for me to take a photo of for reference so I could see what the issue had been. They had also test driven the car multiple times to ensure it was running okay. I have saved a significant amount of money due to their honesty and reliability and after feeling incredibly unfairly treated by other garages, my experience with Kwik Fit, both Cumbernauld and Titwood Road, was incredibly reassuring and uplifting.

After finding 3 three in need of replacing, they had new ones ordered, delivered and fitted in 2 hours so I could get on my way for a drive down south. Pleasant and honest lads, a credit to the brand they represent. The customer service was on point. Thanks guys.

Super quick and efficient. Stefan was an absolute gentleman. Needed suspension check which was advised is free. Tracking needed done also. Car dropped off at 9am and was ready and fixed by 10am. Will definitely return for the service in a couple of months.

Great guys, new Good year fitted after a pesky screw gave me a pucture 🤦‍♂️ Got a discount on a new bottle of sealant 🍼. Online prices are better but i needed a new tyre to get to work 🙃 I'm nearly £120 less off but that's the Joy's of motoring my fat backside to work to pay the bills, lolol 😅 Just watch the tight bend before the entrance to the car park as you come off the main road. 🚙💨

These guys were great and very friendly. We had picked up a hire van with bald tires (and the customer service centre and branch closed early on a Saturday), so we were having a hell of time trying sort this out. These guy here chased up hertz on our half and turned the van around quickly. Hertz are awful. Thanks kwik fit guys!

I put my car in for four tyres and within a short time the staff at the branch phoned to say my car was ready and that my wheel alignment had been checked. All really efficient and that was even though the staff were (and usually are) busy.

Friendly staff. My car failed it’s MOT and when I got the problem fixed they kindly squeezed my car in to do a retest as soon as we brought it back round instead of waiting until the next day which saved us a lot of rushing around to get my car back before they closed as I work in the city centre.

I used Kwikfit in Cumbernauld a few times these last couple of years and it's always turned out good. I don't actually live in Cumbernauld, but visit every other week and would have been stuck if the guys in Kwikfit didn't sort me out. I've got to say that whilst I've used various Kwikfits over the years, and never had any real problems, there's times I've felt the attitude in some Kwikfits a bit downbeat - that's not the case here. You can turn up any random time, or have ur car dumped outside by a tow truck, and the guys will fit you in, and get done as soon as possible. They always phone you to tell you the cost before they fit, and give you an honest appraisal of what needs doing, and are honest about state if my old car, abd wh3i need to keep an eye on, or what may need doing in the future. It's also at a handy location, right in the centre of Cumbernauld, rather than having to trail off to some vague / hard to find industrial estate. Top marks for the guys in Kwikfit Cumbernauld - highly recommended.
