I booked in to have 4 tyres replaced on my car 1 hour ahead. Turned up to the garage and Lee took care of the work immediately, explaining everything in a very helpful and friendly way. The job was done in less than an hour and precautions were taken to keep my car clean. Kwik Fit offered free wheel alignment and battery health checks which showed wheel alignment was required, which Lee completed right then and there. He pointed out that my battery was pretty low but still in warranty and even topped up my windscreen washer fluid. All in all a fabulous experience and thanks to Lee I will come back again to Kwik Fit when needed.

Incredible service. They managed to fit me in last minute and did everything they could to make sure that my car was back up and running so I could get to an exam I had the next day. Honestly felt like they treated you like a family member. Darren and John were excellent, they really went above and beyond their job role. Mark and his staff were great. I was slotted in for 2pm but got a call from Mark saying he could fit me in to his busy schedule 3 hours sooner . Worked out really great for me. I do personally think the premises could be doing with a makeover as its really run down looking but that's nothing to do with the staff in there, they were great.

I was booked it at kwik fit yoker at 12 oclock with my disability vehicle. Within 10mins my car was on the ramp beimg checked and then i was informed my car required 3 tyres and a wheel alignment.they worked on the car fast and it was finished within the hour, great service and with a smile.

Took my car in to get the back brakes checked and was given a suprise that a lot more work than I realised needed to happen for my car to be driveable again. All the staff talked me through everything and were very good at dealing with a shocked and stressed out customer! The staff are really friendly. There's a waiting room with a hot drinks vending machine that offers complimentary drinks. The building is pretty run down looking but I suppose the job on the car gets done and if the cosmetic look of the waiting room doesn't bother you, then this is possibly the place for you. Quite competitive prices and you can they at most times have what you'll need either on site or delivered to the site quite quick.

I PURCHASED 4 tyres for my daughters car online, the price was really good I booked a timeslot at the yoker branch but due to changing circumstances couldn't make that time, I telephoned the branch and they quickly sorted this out for me, The customer service was excellent. My daughter took the car for the tyres and the staff were friendly and efficient. I have had issues with kwik fit in the past not at this branch I hasten to add but the staff in this branch have restored my faith in kwik fit so branch manager, area manager give your staff some recognition for a first class job

Came in yesterday to get 2 new tyres for my Mercedes the guy was so freaking busy and with only him and another guy on he managed to fit us in with 10 min to closing! He is a true legend and he is how customer service should be i wouldent be able to go to reading today if he didnt change my tires ! Guys more or less saved my life, took my car in for tyres and they discovered I more or less had no brakes on front and rear, this is after Arnold Clark had already (apparently) serviced it. Kwik fit can only advise you on what your car needs but it's your choice to get it done. Arnold Clark are cowboys.

Guys in kwikfit very sound and approachable although you need not approach they come to you n ask you wat can we do wat do you need and here's wat we can do prices good and they do range of budget tyres as well as top end tyres wouldn't go anyware else nor any other kwikfit lads in yoker can do almost everything for yir vehicle so it's one stop shot leave with them then done in few hours

not that its top of everyones list but the FREE WIFI has never worked any time ive been in. Secondly let your customers watch telly if they want not a constant cycle of how WONDERFUL your company is. Anyway onto my main review. Took in for MOT - i found Ali to be a bit cocky and unfriendly at times, preferring to say what he wanted and not give a damn about my opinions or views, well as a customer service agent you should CARE about my views and opinions. Chuffed that my MOT actually passed no doubt but beware and avoid talking to Ali cos once he starts he cant stop and he doesnt really care much about things you say or think, and has difficulty answering a DIRECT question with a plain simple answer and prefers to ramble on FAILING to answer your question. Ali you are there to serve the customer NOT impose your philosophy on us and pick and choose what matters. When i speak EVERYTHING MATTERS to me as a customer and i like to know the person is listening and respects me and shows concern. Disgusting service. He subtly blamed me for the time wasted when it was him who talked about 80% of the time, then he couldnt wait to move on to the next car when he handed me the pass certificate. I like it when a service provider is on my wavelength and cares about what i have to say. Financially speaking a good day but Ali ticked me off no doubt so would be reluctant to return for an MOT again if hes working.

Kwik fit opens at 10 am on a Sunday I went in to get a puncture repaired for front tyre and ended up with 2 new back tyres also at a cost of £187 😭
