We needed 2 new front tyres for our car and Kwik Fit were the cheapest for good quality tyres. We've used them before and they've always been helpful and quick. No different today, the Manager advised that we would need 2 back tyres in the next couple of months (something we knew) but if we wanted to pop in at any time to have the levels checked they'd be happy to help. They'd also help with the best deal if we couldn't see what we wanted online. Friendly and efficient service yet again.

Faultless. Absolutely faultless!!!!! From start to finish. Said it would take about 40 minutes to change two tyres and done it in under that. Here's the best bit, VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED!!!! Having been let down badly by "very dark circles", I went to Kwik fit as an emergency, I had managed through my own fault to book at another depot rather than the intended Anniesland and didn't notice. I arrived at Anniesland, the staff were totally unfazed by my mistake, fitted the tyre and I was away in less time than it took the other folk to ring me back as to why they had failed. I was so impressed I went back on the next working day and had the other 3 tyres on the car changed. Excellent service, great price, efficient and helpful staff. Thank you, I don't need to think about it in future, just keep it simple and go to these guys.

Fantastic service! Was worried about trying to get my puncture fixed. Headed up to Kwik Fit but didn’t have an appointment. The guys were great. New tyres fitted fairly quickly, not as quick as pre- Covid but then again what is the same these days. This place used to be a bustling hive of activity, now there seems to be fewer staff and customers, this may be due to the appointment system currently in place. I didn't notice if they still offered a price promise as I could have got budget tyres cheaper but this was in the area I was going to be in. Emailed receipt, great idea, yep really good.

Had a flat tyre just along the road from them, pregnant so not able to change it myself and they came along, changed my tyre and then squeezed me in for a new one straight away, absolute stars! had tyre insurance with them after getting a new set which was worth it!

Dropped my car in for an mot and they done it pretty quickly. They spotted an issue with wear on the anti roll bars (which I was warned about by an independent mechanic at amk just weeks earlier when I got the breaks replaced) and had it repaired by the following morning. They also fixed my daytime running light free of charge which blew on my way to the mot. I would probably use kwik fit again for my tyres once they are wore down.

I have used this garage twice recently for problems relating to my suspension and springs, my brother is a mechanic and is sceptical of garages working on my car when he does not have the time to fix it himself. Good service at Kwik Fit Glasgow Anniesland. I had MOT booked and paid online , I have arrived 5 min before allocated time and somebody was available to take keys and start testing the car. It took about an hour to finish while i was waiting inside the customer area. Service was already paid online so i only collected the certificate at the end. Fast and efficient service!

They don’t have a waiting area so if you drop the car off be prepared to spend over an hour doing nothing in Anniesland in cold. Also, Ive booked in advance for ac gas refill and was told I’ll have to wait one hour and a half for it. The guy who serviced my car was lovely though!

I visited these guys twice in one week. First on a Sunday afternoon just before they were closing with a flat tyre, which they fixed the puncture at a great price. Kwik fit seem to have improved since the days of hard sell and in my own experience have never tried to add additional work. They are a bit pricey but the service staff were 5*. Covid meant nowhere to sit indoors so you have to wait outside or in the nearby McDonald's.

Needed a MOT - was able to make a quick reservation on-line. Arrived on time and car was quickly taken in for its check. Only takes about an hour so I just waited at reception. MOT was completed as promised within an hour and I was given my certificate and on my way. I have had two tyres replaced here in the past and the service has been quick and efficient. One needs to get there early to ensure quick attention. Not sure how prices compare with other suppliers though.

Fantastic service from John and Greg! After sourcing a new alloy and tyre for my car, I popped into the branch to see if I could leave the car with them for a day or so and have the new alloy and tyre fitted. 20 minutes later they had changed everything over and got me back on the road. John was very helpful and knowledgeable, initially I wasn't sure if the tyre was compatible with my car but after a quick check John gave it a clean bill of health. I thought I would need to leave the car at the garage for at least a few hours but John arranged for the changeover to happen there and then. Greg took my spare tyre off and showed me how to pack it away in the boot of the car. He then diligently secured the new alloy and tyre in minutes before handing me back the keys. I was so impressed and grateful for the standard and speed of service. I'll definitely be back in the future if I run into any car trouble in the future.

Great and speedy service for an exhaust replacement and tyres. Got fed up waiting for my car sales company who had a replacement exhaust 'on back order' for a month while I had to drive around sounding like a Harley Davidson. Called and spoke to Damien at Kwik Fit Anniesland who told me to bring my car in the following morning by 10am. At 1pm, he called to say the car was ready with a new exhaust and tyres. Excellent service all round. Wish I had called them sooner. UPDATE 4th May 2021: Just got them to do my MOT. Same great, speedy service with a great 50th Anniversary deal as they charged just £19.71 for the full MOT! I thought I had misheard! Nice one! Wandered back to Anniesland Cross and had a great breakfast at the newly opened Annie's Coffee House while I waited. Sorted.

In the first place, I was delighted to find Kwik Fit open and able to repair my puncture immediately. All the expected Covid-19 procedures were properly in place and I was happy to sit in the sun while the repair was completed. This was done quickly and competently. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a thoughtful large 'Thank you' to NHS staff, visible to all those visiting the local Gartnavel Hospital, on the Reception doors. My car needed two new front tyres. I selected the tyres I wanted and booked in for fitting at the Anniesland branch via the Kwik Fit website. When I took my car in to get the tyres fitted the staff were very polite and took my car straight away - the tyres were fitted in no time! I noticed that despite having two new tyres fitted the front driver side tyre was still loosing pressure so I called the branch. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and he told me to bring my car round first thing the next morning. When I took my car in the staff took it straight away and they checked the tyre and discovered that the pressure sensor had worn (causing the tyre to loose pressure) and needed replaced. They replaced this for me free of charge which I really appreciate. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff I would highly recommend and I'll be back in future! Katie :)

Wish I had asked the fitters name. I drove in without an appointment after my psi was down at 15, I assumed a puncture. Very helpful, took car straight in and no puncture could be found however thanks to the fitters diligence he did discover that the alloy was not cleaned the last time a tyre was fitted. Alloy spruced up and tyre feels a million times better on the road. Thank you!

Good service and nice staff. I went in to have a tyre checked when my car complained that one of them had a pressure issue. Repaired and back on the road for a reasonable price shortly afterwards. However, when I was looking for a service to be done, they were hugely undercut in price terms by Halfords for a comparable piece of work.

Very good communication and service received during booked appointment. Due to traffic I was slightly late for my allotted time but was taken for wheel alignment check immediately on arrival. Only negative comment is that the kwik fit employee did not use a disposable seat cover when driving car into service bay. I pointed this out to him where he then proceeded to fit cover. In summary good professional adjustment made to car using latest technology but let down slightly by poor attitude towards care of car.

We usually go to Maryhill but the person who does the repairs we needed was off sick, so they suggested Anniesland. We were happy with the service, price & guarantee. They put the car up on the ramp when we brought it in and took us to look at what was wrong and needed fixed (we already knew but it was good to actually see it). We had gone to another garage last time as it was cheaper but reverted back to Kwik Fit as we feel the service, speed (for both getting a quote and actually doing the work) and work / parts guarantees are better. They also managed to get the price down for us so it wasn't much more than the other garage was going to charge. So we will stick with Kwik Fit again except on odd occasions when big repairs can be done substantially cheaper elsewhere.

I recently did my MOT at Kwik Fit in Anniesland, Glasgow. Everything went well, the check-in, I received a call letting me know I failed for a headlamp bulb, which they quoted to replace, which was fair, and then I picked up the car in an acceptable time frame. Why I am not rating higher is the fact that a tyre was seriously under inflated. Rather than inflate the tyre to a desirable pressure, they mentioned it on the paperwork, leaving me to drive to the nearest garage to inflate myself. Poor customer service in my opinion... as I am sure a tyre change facility has compressed air to inflate tyres!!!!

I visited kwik fit great western road on 17/09/19 with a puncture, a young man Jonathan Terry greeted me and after a quick conversation he explained it was a donation day to charity for punctures but being a Stanley blade point on the centre of the tread it might not be repairable . I explained that It was my wife's funeral the next day and I didn't have the cash for a new tyre that day , he looked at me and said give me 2 hours and i will fit it for you . The unspoken compassion on his face was awesome and almost brought me to tears. This young man is a huge asset to the depot and should be nurtured, encouraged, promoted. Thank you .

I had great customer service from this Kwik-Fit garage on Great Western Road. I took my car in at 15:55 on Sunday (5 mins before closing time). They sorted my loose exhaust free of charge. :-) And they pinpointed my main fault in the car (I was forced to go to the garage as I had went over a bump and had some really loud banging at the rear wheel). They advised I had to get the Shock Absorber Mounts replaced on the rear side. They couldn't do it for me as they had to order the part in and as it was Sunday they would not be able to order it until the next day. I am always cautious when dealing with garages with me being female. But the service and the honest advice I was blown away with. I will be going back to this branch in Glasgow for my MOT in April despite the fact I live and work in Edinburgh. Well done guys. Top Marks.

I’ve previously had the experience of my car passing its MOT, but then being told of one or two other things ‘ that need doing ‘. It is so easy to fall into the trap and decide to just have it done since the car is already there, which is what I just did for a second time. NEVER AGAIN though. I had stopped using KWIKFIT after the first time this happened, but decided to give them another go last year. No problems at all. However, this time it was the old routine once again so I will not use KWIKFIT in future. It leaves me feeling ripped off which, for me, is about the worst feeling in the world, so never again. Sorry !!
