I think I should take responsibility to strongly recommend Michael's Garage to everyone who don't want to be ripped off and have a high quality and speedy repair. Several days ago，My car broken down on the highway， due to the problem of the clutch，and it gave off a heavy smell of burning. As I just did my MOT at this garage at a bargin price and I felt Michael is a nice and reliable person，though I was still afraid of if this garage is worth to be trusted，I believe in my intuition and sent my car to the garage. After initial checking and diagnosis，he told me that my clutch should be replaced，flywheel matching with it possibly also should be changed，and the worst situation is that the whole gearbox might need to be changed. As the specific damages still couldn't be seen directly for the time being and the concrete problems could only be known after gearbox was took apart，I could only get a broad range of price. It was impossible that I never had worries of being ripped off. However，fortunately，several days later，when I went to the garage to pick my car with huge unease and uncertainty，all worries and doubts immediately blew off. He gave me a very reasonable and amazing price. And I think at that moment I was really moved by Michael' sincerity and honesty. Now，my repaired car runs smoothly，and everything works perfectly. So I want to give all thanks to Michael and recommend him to everyone.

Having been to a hospital appointment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital I returned to my car in the car park to discover my front tyre totally flat. I phoned the nearest garage which was Langland Road Garage to be told someone would be with me in 5 minutes to help me change my wheel. Just to say a massive thank you to Michael and Mark who were excellent and managed to get me back on the road in no time. Fantastic service and super friendly staff! My window washers were blocked and had to be fixed that day. The team sorted it out and checked everything else was working properly with the washers. The first time I used this service I had all of a sudden awoken with vertigo for the first time in my life, wavy and confused I remembered I had booked for my dead and lifeless car to be revived that very day and wondered apprehensively how I was going to drive a car whilst my brain felt like it was hulahooping in my noggin. I called the nice car man to explain my situation and he said he would come and collect the old gal and so I butt shuffled down the stairs as standing would intensify the symptoms, finally getting to my door there was not a lick of judgment in that face as I answered it sitting down handing over my keys. They fixed the problem (dead battery) within a number of hours and deposited my car within butt-shuffling distance from my door. Could not recommend more.

Got my car MOT'd here. Booked in on short notice no problem, was carried out next day! Will be back for future MOTs. They did offer to do extra work to the car but recommendations were relevant, reasonable and staff were totally up front, not "pushy" or trying to do anything that wasn't needed. I declined the offers and no issue was made of it. 10/10 experience. Also the mechanics were very handsome, although most were underneath vehicles so it could have just been a trick of the light.

Went above and beyond!! Booked in for replacement brake pads. Fast, efficient, friendly service at very competitive prices. When I collected my car I couldn’t get my car fob to work and they even stayed late to help me change the battery. A warning spanner light came on my car and as we were already worrying about our daughter who just had her heart operation, Micheal made it less car stressing as well as all the worrying we were having. They took the car, kept me updated on repair and gave me lifts back and dropped the car off as well at the hospital. Honestly they went above and beyond just fixing our car. We can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend as they fixed the car and told me what to do and knew the problem straight away. Thank you guys! Had a freelander previously that a competing garage advised the cylinder head had gone and looking at over £1000 to repair.
