They organised everything from the collection & drop-off of our vehicle on a flatbed truck so no-one was actually driving our vehicle and adding mileage. I found that quite impressive.
I was genuinely concerned regarding colour matching our paint on the car as we have quite an unusual colour of car and our car is four years old. meaning four years of weather beaten paint. But, no, spot on.
They kept us well informed every step of the way.
I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

R. G.M&L selected by 3rd party insurance to repair my car and the service was first class. Inspection report provided when car was collected, job done in 3 days to a very high standard. Paint work was excellent, car had been fully polished including the chrome tail pipe and looked like a new car when delivered back to me. Very rare these days to find a company that does more than the bare minimum and I would recommend M&L without hesitation.

Everything was done through the insurance company and it was a really smooth process from start to finish. They picked up my car from the scene of the accident and a courtesy car arrived at my door shortly after. Once i was notified my car was ready i just dropped of the courtesy car with them and took my car home, which was 2 days ahead of schedule. Great service.

Shame it wasn't perfect when i collected first time but glad it all seems good now.
I must say that David who collected and returned my car was superb. He was 1st class cust service. Super pleasant and helpful. He even went that extra mile and got my car polished to remove finger prints.
