S. M.I have been here a few times for repairs to damage on a couple of my car's. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The work carried out is always of a high standard. I have had repairs to alloys, a door panel and a boot lid done. Work is also carried out in a good time so I am never without my own car for very long. I definitely recommend them.
p. p.Excellent repair centre. The work carried out is to a very high standard. Staff are professional and helpful. With one of my accident repairs, my insurance company stipulated I have the car repaired at a large workshop in Glasgow and the repair was awful. The repair was corrected at Mclarens and in future if I need any insurance work carried out, I will be insisting my car comes here; even if I have to pay more of an excess. I have had a few non-insurance jobs carried out here also and the workmanship is first class.

Used them twice now after after someone clipped the front of my car and drove into the back of me - got my car back both times in immaculate condition - you'd never have known I was in an accident. The car had been cleaned down both internally and externally too. Great communication from Mark and Michael to give updates on when the car would be ready etc. Wouldn't trust any other garage with my car now.

A. K. J.Due to a car accident, I had to take my damaged car for a repair estimate. The staff who I engaged with were very professionalan very customer friendly giving me the impression my car will be repaired to the very highest standards as the car is relatively new. Two weeks on, I collected my repaired car on the due date. The workmanship was excellent, the car washed and must recommend if you need to have a car accident damage repaired.

My car was hit in January while stationary and the damage was extensive, I took my car to an "insurance approved" garage. That was a bad idea, car came back in a bad state twice.
I then decided to take it to these guys as a family member had work done before.
Immediately upon inspection, many issues were pointed out of poor workmanship from the previous garage. I never needed to mention anything as these guys truly do have a keen eye.
Popped the car in on the date agreed and by the end of the week I got my car back!
The car looks like it has just came off the showroom floor; perfect paintwork, alignment of panels is spot on and they even gave it a brilliant valet and what seems like a polish all round (like I said, the car is like new again!)
I would definitely recommend taking any work to this place, insurance or not. They care more about the quality of work than quantity and I'd happily pay more for the job being done right.

H.Following a small collision i required a repair to my front passenger wing and bumper, my insurance company insisted my vehicle was repaired by one of their approved repairers (Arnold Clark, Royston Rd Glasgow) I took my car there, on getting the car back I was shocked at the hideous repair they had carried out, some of the parts removed where replaced damaged including fixing back on the car with adhesive tape. I notified my insurance company and they authorised an inspection by an independent engineer, I took my car to McLarens and immediately realised that I was dealing with very professional people, the insurance company authorised McLarens to sort out the mess that the cowboys at Arnold Clark had botched up, I was given the use of a courtesy car which was spotlessly clean and they notified me a few days later that my car was ready, I have to say when I saw my car I was amazed, not only was the repair absolutely perfect in every way my car had been fully valeted, I was shown around the car the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, McLarens are a very well organised company and I would not hesitate to visit again if I was unfortunate enough to encounter another accident, If you are like me and very fussy I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with the excellent service you will receive at McLarens. Thank You to Michael and all the staff for giving me my pride and joy back in a brand new condition
