Came across the garage by chance, after using other local garages, never knew it existed! Had M.O.T and repairs done in March, price paid was was lower than initial quote and Ian explained everything about the repairs before they were done. Had car back again since to query something. Very friendly/helpful garage. Definitely won't be going anywhere else in future. Great customer service.

The guys are always upfront and clear about what needs to be done and the timeframe. I'm always found them honest and helpful. On the two occasions that I've broken down, I've dumped my car on them without warning and on both occasions they went out of their way to book it in and get the job done as soon as possible. The work they have performed has lasted for years because they use the best parts that suit my budget. Great crew.

I have only ever had good experiences over the past 5 years with this local garage. Friendly staff, skilled engineers with costs a lot lower than franchised dealers. Car Manufacturers profit heavily from spares and repairs by overcharging for components. It makes sense to look to a trusted independant garage like this.

Great Team at Menstrie Motors done an amazing job on my Audi, new clutch and timing belt two rear shockers ETC and a MOT, great value for money and will only fix what needs done, give these guys a go you wont be disappointed, Nothing is to much Hassell for them and they Listen

Started out as a a straightforward MOT that I think turned into a more challenging project (my fault!!) but the boys saw it through with good humour. Thank you.

Car went in for clutch replacement, a week later the starter failed. Upon inspection it looked like the starters external casing had been damaged. When I asked about it I was told they noticed the damage to the starter and just didn't tell me. Which ended up costing me an extra £100 in labour costs. If I was told about the starter at the time of the clutch change the replacement would have been for part only.
