Car fixed promptly, looks as good as new, kept updated start to finish and friendly welcome. Also when I picked my car up it was gleaming inside and out. Extremely happy with the service received.

Put my Tesla in for repair, it took roughly 3-4 weeks after handing them the keys. When they were done they called me to come over. However when I arrived I noticed the paint job on the repaired area was patchy in a section and one area had a blob of too much paint. Thankfully after pointing this out to them they managed to fix it within the next day

This company is outstanding when it comes to service and quality. They have worked on my guard red Cayman S before and I was truly amazed at the quality of repair work undertaken by them. The car repair looked pristine. Today I had a grey Boxster in for them to work on and they removed a dent from the front of the car which was bothering me. I was telling them that there was only one other dent on the car at the rear quarter and guess what? I couldn't find it. I looked twice and that is when they said we removed that dent for you. That is simply incredible! The car has more work to be done on it but lets say I am superbly impressed by a garage that is not scared for you to walk in and look at your car mid works. They have nothing to hide. The ladies at reception have to be given a mention as they are truly wonderful.. They give you the full Glasgow welcome that makes me travel 47 miles from the east coast. This business has no doubt been formed on a foundation of quality and excellence. I have found that businesses act and behave in line with their owners so a big mention has to go out to the founder Mitchell Inglis for integrity. Stephen and Kenny are sound too! Thanks a million guys.

Experience has been not bad. I had to have my car repaired through them via my insurance company. It took them 3 weeks to get the bumper and organise time to fit it. But was done within 24 hours once they had it. On the day of them picking my car up from work they were an hour later than the 4 hour window they gave me. But were very sharp on dropping the car back off once it was fixed. Nice touch was them cleaning the car before handing it back as it badly needed done.

Didn't get paint job 100% right, they weren't attall happy with it and took it back in and redone the whole side again at their cost. Perfect job. Their customer service is second to none especially Linda and Derek I highly recomend them..

I have had a very positive experience at Mitchell Inglis. The staff are all amazing at their jobs. They go above and beyond to ensure customer comes first. My xtrail had been hit side on. It was taken to a garage that the insurance recommended that garage made my car worse than it had been in the accident. I took my car to Mitchell Inglis. They repaired my car and made it look as good as new. I am thrilled with the job they have done. I would highly recommend you take your car to Mitchell Inglis. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating that's what they deserve.

I feel Mitchel Inglis have done an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. There is absolutely no way of telling that my car has been rear ended. I am also very impressed with the colour matching they have done on my rear bumper and with the paint job itself as it looks like it has been factory sprayed (and this is coming from someone who is into car detailing). My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because my completion date was changed twice. The first time it happened I was given two days notice which I feel was acceptable (as they did say that was a target date) but the second time it was actually on the day I was scheduled to pick it up. However, the quality of the repairs drastically outweighs this slight inconvenience. I would 100% use Mitchel Inglis again and would recommend them to anyone. Some reviews I have read did have me slightly worried whilst my car was away but I took these with a pinch of salt because I think people tend to leave reviews when they have had a problem. So I have left this positive one as I feel they deserve it.
