Very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I was looking for a riser chair for my dad and this place was recommended to me. They have a vast range and all very reasonably priced.
Due to urgency for need of riser chair I picked one that was in stock and it was delivered to my parents house within 30 minutes and delivery driver set it up in under 5!!!! What a outstanding service.
Can not thank this gem of a place and staff for all their help and support. My parents are delighted with chair.

Delivery was on time and full building and positioning in my living room was done by the delivery driver.
After sales was also good, after a small hick-up with wrong remote sent but this was speedily dealt with.
Overall quite satisfied with company as a whole.

D. E.We had to to take a scooter battery for testing and made enquiries about more powerful models for my wife. Three were brought to our house and she was given all the time she needed to test drive them and make a selection. Next week a technician came to fit a seat belt and bring replacement batteries for the boot scooter. We were very impressed with this excellent service and doubt if it could have been better. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Warm welcome at the desk and enquires about our visit. We had a long conversation about the difficulty we were trying to overcome and the repair that we needed. Most helpful staff and very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. It is refreshing to find staff that will admit to not immediately giving information, but calling the correct salesperson into the conversation to get detailed product information.
It was not so easy to book the vehicle in for the repair but we spent the time well researching. We were shown a more luxurious (and expensive) solution but there was no pressure to buy anything. We left happy and with a ’homework’ list to help make a choice for a next visit.

G. R.Brilliant, very helpful and courteous staff, great parking and level entrance through automatic sliding doors. Plenty room maneuver around both ground and upper level via the large lift. Ample room to move around the displays though some items are too high for persons in a wheelchair however as stated the staff are happy to help at the drop of a pin.

S. R.I had an absolutely wonderful experience, which started from tentative enquiry to installation of the perfect chair for my mum who now has poor mobility and requires the RIGHT easy-chair.
Saffron explained every aspect affecting choice, from material to chair functionality.
Saffron and Thomas came out to ensure the chair was right for mum's frame and requirements. They were quite a double act, doing an excellent and professional job, while being attentive, courteous and fun with mum.

C. B.Had an issue with the TriRide Light, they promised to pick up for diagnostics and repair and did so on-time with a smile. Hope that the outcome is also high standard and look forward to continued business as the previous Agent / Distributor has been a nightmare.
Chapter 2: Had a call (turned into 6 calls) this morning requesting payment (parts, labour & delivery of unit) - payment paid in full! Next call informing us that now monies have been received, parts would be ordered from an unspecified supplier somewhere South of the border (delivery lead-time unsure)..need I go on. Yes, I probably will. For 15% on top of the
bill to date we could buy a brand new EPlus Commute Electric Bike on ebay, Oh! hold on a mo'. my buddy has MS and can't ride..need a 'Mobility Solution'..I'm sure the root cause of the fault is the LCD screen as the diagnostics have been performed and labour charged, right? Ebike LCD display KT-LCD3 (same as Triride ) retails for £49.99 online, charged over £200...must have obfuscated VHLL programming and not run of the mill C++ to turn that little wheel around. One (1) star off initial rating.
Chapter 3 08/12: Next call informs us that the battery pack 'may' be the problem, £>700 for a replacement from Italy, now I'm no engineer but perhaps that pesky screen isn't the root issue here..perhaps one of the 18650 cells has been managed poorly through a less than adequate BMS and has given up the will to live after 14 months of daily abuse and neglect -not! Anyhoo, I wonder if the unit plugged into power through a charger using the existing battery results in the little wheel going round when throttled up?. Look forward to finding out on Monday, cancelled all of the unit owners meetings & appointments for next week and suggests he write a nice letter to Santa.
Chapter 4: Still waiting for parts...27/12, you're £270 up.

We went to CareCo Glasgow first, who were appaling and told us complete rubbish information
So we went straight to Mobility Soloutions, who were fantastic!
There was none of the rubbish sales patter, only honest non pushy advice.
We got the perfect lightweight seated 4 walker (less than a 1 stone) where CareCo told us that it was impossible to get one lighter than that.
The team at Mobility Soloutions are down to earth and friendly, and I believe they would not talk you into buying something that you did not need just for a sale
One happy elderly relative with boosted confidence, thank you!
