J. M.Lets start with the good things: very friendly, and had a slot the next day. But there were quite a few things off: They charged a bit more than they quoted without mentioning it, I had to ask for an invoice (which I expect as standard) and even then it as not itemised, I asked them to do 3 minor jobs , only one of them was visible (changing a light bulb) - and that one wasn't done, they quoted me £525 for a job i ended up paying £140 in another garage. I did email them before posting this because i wanted to give them a change to explain themselves - their reply didn't really explain any of this. Maybe I was just unlucky and they are usually fantastic. Nice people, so I really don't enjoy giving a bad review...
