The repair looks to be done to a high standard and the communication was good, but unfortunately I'm not sure how they treated my car or the way it was driven. My car was dropped off at Enterprise and driven 30 miles to and from Solus repair centre, but when I got my car back there had been 48 miles of fuel used. So their drivers must have had a heavy right foot or they have left my car engine running for no reason and wasted fuel. The picture is a before and after the repair.

Would give 10 stars if I could. First class service . My car was picked up and courtesy car delivered to my door within the time scales given. They had my car for 10 days, however I was kept updated with the progress for the full time they had it. Very friendly staff welcomed me and brought my car down to the door when I went to collect it

I recently had to use the services of this Branch for repairs to my Alfa Romeo. Although it took considerable time to receive the spare parts from AR which has to be expected in these times' everything else was professionally handled by the full Team' Communicating with your customer with good or bad news is imperative and in my case it was the delay to the new parts but the guys here gave me regular weekly calls updating me which did take the pain out of the wait along with a decent replacement car. I also have to thank them for undertaking and resolving an issue with my Forward Collision System at no additional cost. Would I use them again or recommend them to a family or friend most definitely:

From start to finish of my car being repaired Solus provided me with a very professional service. My initial contact was by phone to discuss the damage to my car and what date and time it would be collected from my house to take it to the workshop. I was kept updated on the repair progress throughout and when my car would be returned to me. On the day of return the driver returning my car called me to say when he would arrive. The repair to my car was carried out to a very high standard and also valeted on return, which was a nice surprise. All staff on the phone and the pickup/delivery driver were excellent. I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend them for repairs.

Best service ever! I was really surprised actually by how nice everyone was- everyone I spoke to on the phone prior and the people who did the drop off/pick up. So helpful and explained everything. The like for like courtesy car was the sport version of the car I have so it was great!! The repair was fab-you couldn’t tell I was in a bump. My car was cleaned as well. Only took 2 days for the repair too. Can’t say enough good things!

Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was very nice, friendly, polite and professional. My car came back to me looking spotless. The only fault I would point out is that, although my car was collected on a Wednesday, I believe that they didn't look at it until the next Monday, then it didn't come back until the Friday after. There was very little work to do on it, so I feel that they could have had it back faster, there wasn't any need for them to have the car for days before it was looked at. This aside, I would recommend as they have done a great job!

Their customer service are very good. Keep you informed throughout the full process and try their best to help you along the way. I had some aspects of the work I wasn't happy with when the car was returned but they listened to my concerns, took the car back and rectified the issue and I am very happy with the end result.

Despite the current climate and lockdown limitations, Solus were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my repair process. I would like to thank Solus for going above and beyond for me for arranging a courtesy car to ensure I was able to get to work safely (NHS) whilst my car was being repaired. Took bit longer than I expected for repair due they did not got parts deliver on time, but kept me up to date. Collect my car 6th March and I got it back 16thMarch and it's looking great.
