N. B.Picked up my car and delivered it back to me, invisibly mended though I live over 20 miles away.Took quite a long time to repair but then parts are less easy to ģet just now. Was kept up to date about completion of the job and the staff were professional.
N. B.Updated 10 days later. Was 1/5 stars but now put up to 3/5 thanks to Paul the manager resolving.. See at bottom. Original post - Bennetts Accident Repair Centre Glasgow you are an absolute joke. 3.5 months waiting to get my car back. Excuse after excuse. Let down after let down. My mot has now ran out so I can't even come collect. Now trying to get mot done within 1 day and again you let me down this morning by not delivering my car by the promised time ffs. Happy to take the 650 excess payment though! I will leave this post on as many websites as possible. Do not recommend you AT ALL!.. Update. My mechanic picked up the car that was signed off.. Warning light comes on. Gets it to his garage. The protective casing behind lights is missing allowing water in if wet.. Plus the new headlight has NO FKN BULB! has to order me a headlight bulb before putting it through mot. Plus they never valeted my car as was promised by their manager last night. Honestly stay clear of this lot. Washed car and paint job not even finished right. Big dull patches. I had to go back in my own time and drop car in again. When I did this Paul McAd the manager turned my frown upside down and finished the paintwork correctly this time. He also fixed the missing wheel arch cover being lights and as gesture goodwill touched up scratched paint on my wing mirror and valeted car. Thanks to him I'm now more satisfied 3/5
