From the word go the Service from Ash was nothing short of excellent. Drop off of the vehicle was made incredibly easy as i had the oppurtunity to drop my vehicle off outside of working hours, Ash made me feel at ease by providing proof of insurance prior to me even asking also. I was kept up to date of how the remap procedure was going throughout the day, with multiple test runs being logged and maps being tweaked inbetween as to give me the best results. Additionally Ash went above and beyond the level of service i expected by re-calibrating the performance display to include the new figures the car was now capable of. From start to finish i had full confidence in Auto-Tek and would happily reccommend them to anyone who asked my opinion on them.

Ash had my car in for a service and inspection and I can not fault him for the professionalism of his work! Allowed me to drop the car off after working hours which helped greatly. Ash also, upon inspection recommended any very minor future issues and wasn’t pushy or full on like some business’ are, instead he game me some recommendations and tips. 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone who wants their car worked on with peace of mind and care.

This guy is really amazing and know what he doing. They change my Haldex oil and find out that the pump was never cleaned before and also I had fitted non genuine pump. They also did stage 1 on my Octavia and now it's amazing. Highly recommend

Autotek is the only place that I will let work on my car. Ash’s knowledge, workmanship and attention to detail are unrivalled. From day 1 customer service has always been incredible, he absolutely won’t take advantage of pricing, work needed etc which is so important in a market that has a reputation for this. I’ve had various types of work completed by Autotek, from an oil change to an air lift install. People travel from far and wide to use Ash and Autotek services, I think that’s the biggest compliment you can give it.
