Diagnosed the fault (electrical, rather than mechanical) and fixed it there and then. I am very pleased with the service.

Deffinately worth the 5* rating. Got in contact with Lee and he came straight out on a time that best suited with my busy work schedule. From the get go he was nice, friendly and informative; telling me what was wrong and why it may have happened as soon as he spotted any issues. He ran diagnostics and fixed my car the exact same day! Super efficient, and so good on the price. I’m a student at University and the price of what the repairs may have been was deffinately worrying me, Lee made sure the quote he gave me, he stuck to. Even though his supplier only had the most expensive parts that he needed! From the time he arrived my car wouldn’t even start, and now it’s up and running better than normal! Hopefully I wont need anymore emergency rapairs anytime soon, but if i did, I will deffinately be calling Lee. Great service.

I initially contacted Lee today by text message, but soon afterwards I also took my car to a Garage in Gloucester where, after brief look under the bonnet they offered to deal next week with a fuel leak near an injector. I'm writing this review simply because Lee had the courtesy to respond to my text message, even though I had amended it to say that I now had another option. Such courtesy is very helpful, particularly in these days when there is often a "don't care" attitude. I feel Lee deserves five stars, and a "Thank you" for responding!

Fantastic service , I phoned today and explained symptoms of the car and he was out with an hour to run diagnostics,( no codes present), although lee didn’t fix the car as husband is able to do the work , he kept going till he found the problem and was so helpful, will definitely use again and would recommend to all.

Our Jeep wouldn't start, so needed to get someone out to have a look. Texted Lee to see if we could book a visit. He responded really quickly and came to have a look the following afternoon - bearing in mind this was over the Xmas holidays and it was raining/snowing at the time, that was pretty amazing. He sorted replacement battery and fitted it, all within 24 hrs. Problem solved. Highly recommended. Very easy to deal with. Would defo use again.

Stuck in Gloucester Business Park with a broken coil spring and only having a few days to get it fixed before returning to Essex, I called Lee. Initially he arranged to repair my car on site the following day but owing to a cancellation he was able to re-schedule and come to me in the afternoon. I was extremely pleased timeliness of Lee's visit with the work done and the very reasonable cost of the parts and labour. If I find myself needing any emergency repairs whilst in Gloucester I'd call Lee straight away. I am also happy to recommend him.
