Excellent service, they showed me the precise nature of the issue with my exhaust, gave me upper and lower bounds on cost. And I was lucky enough they were able to replace the entire exhaust within 2 hours and it was on the lower cost bounds. Amazing stuff

Open on a Sunday and had the exact make and model of tyre I needed in stock at a reasonable price. Fitted quickly and friendly staff. Only negative: I did have to ask the lad to put the same wheel back on the same corner so as not to have to reset the TPMS. Otherwise top marks.

I booked by car in to sort a slow puncture, tracking, ans replace two tyre pressure modules as I had recently had my alloys powder coated. Adam (technician) quickly warned me that the thread on the locking wheel nut tool was badly worn and one nut had been fastened too tight so he would try to remove the nut. He persevered for some time and was able to remove the wheel without damaging the alloy. A new tyre and locking wheel set was ordered and later that afternoon I drove away very happy. Adam and Jason (manager) were very accommodating and great ambassadors for Kwik Fit - thank you gentlemen.

The team are always helpful when I go in to get my brakes done or tyres. Daniel has gone now but the young man in his place is just as helpful. With one exception Jason, he says that I have to come back every single time I go and he's on the desk, I will leave because I know he's never very helpful. They should send him to Cheltenham and bring back Daniel.

Had trouble fitting in the job due to staff shortages but Elliot and colleague were outstanding, stayed late to get my tyres changed and very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend these guys, off the Nristol Rd nr Peel Centre branch.

I had visited the Gloucester Kwik Fit centre the previous day as I had a slow puncture to one of my tyres. The manager checked the tyre and reported that a nail had caused the puncture and due to it being in the wall of the tyre, was not repairable. A new tyre was needed. I requested a replacement for the tyre and as this was not in stock, one was promptly ordered. Delivery was arranged for the next day and my vehicle booked in to effect the change of tyre. Disposal of the punctured tyre was included. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. The member of staff assured me that my tyre had been inflated to the correct pressure and at that time, safe to get me home and to return the next day. Care and courtesy was shown by the staff.

Good service here, we had a new front tyre put on the drivers side, on my small Older mk1 i10 hyundai classic car, went for the budget tyre for a quick repair urgently, which cost 60pds, fitted and they checked and pumped up all 4 tyres all!! Friendly and helpful staff there, brilliant. Sorted the car no problem for me. They naturally get busy because of this, however were able to offer me an appointment within the day. I opted to book in for next day which they sorted for me. Even if you have to wait a bit, across the road is the huge Gloucester Quays outlet, lots of shops and food to find there to pass some time if you need to.

Very courteous and knowledgeable. I used the appointment system which worked very well. Social distancing and masks in operation in reception which all adhered to. I used their web site to identify and select tyres and book the time, the site was easy to navigate and identified the extra like valves, balancing and old tyre disposal. Also there there were optional extras which I didn't need. I did check the tyres were there before travelling, as another company on a different car didn't bother to inform me the tyres had not arrived for the appointment time and had to go back the next day; really p***ed me off which was reflected in their review.

Attended this centre to get my brakes checked after making an appointment online. Polite & helpful staff, kept me updated and explained the faults with my brakes. They fixed the faults the same day and we got 10% NHS discount. Also spotted a tyre was close to the limit so changed that too. Only one comment really, was that the replacement tyre was pressurised to the upper pressure when I had the other tyres set at a pressure for less people & load in the car. They forgot to tell me that, I only found out when checking the pressures 2 days later. Apart from that I'd use them again.

Wow, these guys are life savers. Popped my tyre today in a kerb after 5pm and had no spare wheel for the car. Found Kwik Fit Gloucester to be the closest garage, so gave them a call. Despite being super busy and due to go home at 6, they very kindly offered to fit me in. I managed to get to the garage with just the wheel at 5.55pm, thinking they might change their mind and say no. Instead, I got a super courteous and efficient service, with my tyre changed and all paperwork done within less than 10 mins. Seriously saved me from a desperate situation, yet did it in their own time (after they should have left) and with a smile. Top job and would heartily recommend.

Impressed. Very impressed. The brakes on my motorhome failed on the M5, ouch. It was frightening. I called Kwik Fit (Gloucester, Bristol Road) and spoke to BEN SPARKS who handled the emergency with total professionalism. The Kwik Fit centre did not usually deal with motorhomes, but Ben used his skill and ingenuity and found a way to help. With the assistance of the excellent Kwik Fit team including Declan, Ben correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, worked out how to remove the tyres, carried out the repairs, tested the van and gave me lots of good advice. Ben put my safety first at all times, and I knew I could trust. I thoroughly recommend this company, and I'd like to say a very big Thank You to the guys who worked through the hottest week of the year, to get me back on the road. Bless you all.
