Needed an urgent tyre change after a puncture. The staff were great. They were polite, helpful and got the job done very quickly allowing me to drive home safely. I've used other Kwik Fit garages before but this was the best service I've received out of any of them.

I have to say I am not one who does reviews but the 2 gentleman at kwik fit Eastern avenue today are truly an asset and a credit to their employer. Assertive polite and to me really took pride in their work double checking everything. They fixed the problem. I originally went to Halfords for just a quick look at what may have been the reason for the very bad knocking noise coming from my front left wheel…with that they made it very clear they were not interested in helping me out knowing it could be a serious fault with the wheel or suspension..so I took my keys and went to kwik fit, I walked in 15 minutes before closing time and explained what the issue was and within a matter of seconds they took it in and had a look at it…I immediately felt relieved and knew it was in good hands. After inspecting my car they made it very clear that my suspension/drive shaft system was the biggest reason of the noise I was experiencing, they recommended me to book it in the following Tuesday for a full suspension check. I booked it in, took it in the morning for around 9am, I was made aware that there were 4 cars with the same suspension check booked in for that day and it could take the day to get the answer to my question for my car. However, within 30 minutes of leaving my car with them and making my way home via walking they rang me up and told me they’d already looked at my car first and the problem they discovered was the shock absorbers on both the drivers and passengers side had completely gone and it would need fixing, they explained they had what they need in stock but needed one more to fix the other side. They then proceeded to say it would take today and tomorrow to fix because they’d need to wait for the ordered part and if that was okay with me they’d go ahead and start it straight away, I agreed and the work on my car started. Considering the amount of work that was done to it when I checked the invoice…for £590 I thought it was an amazing price and I drove away with what felt like a brand new car!! I couldn’t have thanked them all enough for helping me last minute and getting it done as kwik as possible. I believe these kwik fit companies are extremely reliable and very welcoming as well as professional. I must aLao add the delay they had for one part they’d ordered in. It didn’t bother me because they explained that it was just the delivery person who was delayed which meant it would delay them…again I was completely fine with this but they wanted to reassure me before proceeding. They later called me again to tell me about an advisory on my break pads and that they would need to me sorted soon…they went on to explain that they could either do it within the time they’d do my suspension or leave to for another time. This time I left it only due to the amount of payments I would’ve been making in that month but other than that I couldn’t have gone to a better place! They were incredible

I had service and MOT. Kwik fit did not reset the serivce light after the service and did not do the wheel alignment after I paid for it in shop. I had to go back to the shop to ask the staff to reset the service light and do the wheel alignment. Interestingly in the health check report it is stated that the serivce light was re-set. I doubt the service had been done properly as what is claimed in the report. I had little confidence in the quality of service. I brough back my car to the garage next day. The serivce light was reset and wheel alignment was done to a reasonably good standard.

Had a puncture so he sent a tyre fitter named Brandon out who was extremely knowledgeable and cared for my safety as it wasn’t just the one tyre that I thought was low on tread! Had puncture on way home from work. Turned up at the branch and, being the end of the day with people collecting vehicles and others waiting, they were very busy. Was greeted courteously and professionally. Explained my problem and they swapped my flat for the spare wheel and made an appointment to pick up the next day. The team at this branch are excellent - they work together, are professional, communicative and friendly. clearly marked out social distancing in reception together with a box of disposable masks for any customers who forget theirs, and hand sanistiser. Great service from the chaps on a cold snowy day...I'd had to jump start my car that morning so took it to get checked out, they could have easily just sold me a new battery but assured me mine was good and gave me the output reading from the test together with hints to get it charged back up.

Took my car to Halfords to get the aircon gassed, didn’t go well. After attaching what looked like a bicycle pump for less than 20 seconds to the aircon they told me it was broken. Took it to Kwikfit who ran an hour test on it and re gassed with no problems.

They are keen to give helpful advice, they are patient, they are always friendly even when busy, the quality and care of the work is top-notch, pricing is also fair and not ambiguous like a lit of workshops can be and they offer great promotions to all customers.. I really look after my van, I am very particular about it, and Kwik Fit Gloucester seem to undertand this. It has resulted in a very healthy business to customer relationship and I will certainly continue to use them. I highly recommend them to everyone, they really offer a refreshing approach in a world where customer service is nearly always lacking, forcing me to have to complain. Had to get an MOT and service and opted for this Kwik Fit over in Gloucester this time around. Keep in mind that with Covid19 still going on when writing this, things are a bit different. Service here was great, rang me with required work to pass MOT, clear and concise on what's really needed, the price etc - price was reasonable too. Offered me more expensive tyres as they had a deal on, who wouldn't try upsell of course, very polite and helpful with other cheaper choices on offer. There is a McDonalds right beside, pre and post pandemic it was/will be a good place to pass time, so is Smyth's toy store right beside on same side of the road, good place to browse. A little stretch of the legs gets you to a safe place to cross the busy road to get to coffee shop and various big stores to pass the time if waiting around. That's the good so far, just one thing to highlight which is not Kwik Fits fault directly but worth knowing in advance. Depending on the time, the McDonalds drive through queue beside Kwik Fit can extend outside of the parking lot which they share, at times extending right out onto the very busy Eastern Avenue road. Meaning, if you are trying to get into the Kwik Fit car park you have to go through this somehow and be on time for you appointment. So, if you see a large queue to enter the parking area here, this will be for McDonalds, basically blocking your access to Kwik Fits car park area which is behind. At times it is possible to edge round the queue to squeeze by, but watch for cars coming out, they are dashing to get their chips home warm after all. If you do wait in the McDonalds queue to filter through, you could be there for 20 mins or more at least in that queue. Also watch for people in the McDonalds drive thru queue thinking you are trying to jump said McDonalds queue, or turning right into where orders are given, they may turn right into you accidentally. So take it slow and be careful accessing the site at busy food times (breakfast, lunchtime and 5pm+).

Outstanding experience. Steve is an amazing human. I came in to book an MoT and was greeted by a smiley team who clearly have a passion for cars and enjoy working together. The car failed it's MoT as expected on its rear tyre, with an advisory for track rod end, and I was given helpful advice by the MoT tester and the knowledgeable staff informed me of the options that Kwik fit could offer. They are clearly a very busy branch but I was dealt with in good time and enjoyed the positive atmosphere, WiFi and free mocha!! There are also plenty of other shops/restaurants nearby if things take longer. The reception area could definitely do with an update but it was clean and comfortable enough to sit and work on my laptop with a coffee.

Absolutely amazing service. I had a leak on one of my tyres so booked in for a replacement tyre. On inspection of the tyre they repaired it as it had plenty of wear left, and arranged for a refund of the tyre I’d pre-paid for over the internet.
