Friendly and helpful staff. MOT retest without fuss or cost and very quickly. HOWEVER they did the initial MOT and service on behalf of servicingstop.co.uk who are cheap but are quite simply criminals, threatening and blackmailing on the phone to get you to spend more money. DON'T use them - but by all means go direct to PDL even if it costs a bit more. I think PDL need to cease their arrangement with servicingstop...

Had a small service carried out for my car here. They are very flexible and accommodating especially at short notice, as was in my case. The technicians are friendly and I was able to have a chat with the mechanic who worked on my car. I was also informed of an issue with the car which I already was aware of, this shows the knowledge and trustworthiness of the mechanics. Worth giving them a call for your car maintenance. They are very competitive on pricing too.

I booked my Peugeot 208 in for a service through a third party. PDL garage did a really good service. The staff members are very professional, polite, and genuinely nice people. They have been nothing but helpful. Next time I will skip the third party and directly book in with PDL next time! Thank you.

I booked my Mercedes in to this garage through a third party they did a really good service plus mot in September this year. They even cleared the normal reset for B service plus an A service indicator on screen dash which related to old issue ! Very helpful throughout collected & returned car in allotted time schedule. Will definitely return to PDL next time for professional help on my Mercedes B-class sports.

MOTs - Always a competitive price. Friendly and helpful staff. Appointments (car left or while you wait) always flexible. Pass/Fail criteria always properly addressed leaving you knowing the vehicle is safe but all decisions are reasonable and sensible - free retests carried out without any hassle. No pressure to get repairs done by them.

I had my xsara Picasso done few weeks ago, to be honest it was very professional. The staff were very friendly, I had job done on time, reasonable price in fact slightly sheaper to what was offered somewhere else, I have been using pdl for over 7years.

Have took both of cars for MOT's since 2010, good honest MOT's excellent service every time, the only place I will use. I carryout most of my own servicing, but any job that i can not do or don't want to risk doing myself, I take straight to PDL, clutch changes and most timing belts changes.

One of the best garages around Gloucestershire. I have 2 young children and Paul offered to come pick my car up from my house mot and repair it and bring it back. The staff was keeping me informed of how it went. Yes it did fail and pdl was very busy but they made sure they repaired it that day so I had my car back.
