Well, spoke staff and boss, although ... not being able to assist me, what a pleasure to get some good old fashioned service, some one really trying to help you, no fobbing off. I shall go back to them in the future for some work l need done. Honest approach to their service.

I had a bad experience with *Palfords and needed some advice on my broken-down car. Unfortunately for me, it’s my first car and its looking like its coming to the end of its life. Not something I’ve really come to terms with yet. I called for the first time this afternoon and got through to a lady; sorry I didn't get a name, who passed me over to Warren. I asked for his advice. Not only was he willing to listen to my story, but he gave me his honest advice like a friend would. He never tried to sell himself, book me in for a service or force anything down my throat like most sales people do. Long story short, he advised me to go back and get a recently replaced part looked at and replaced under warranty, as it was the cheapest option for me and most likely to be the cause. He explained himself with such clarity and layman's terms that I was easily able to understand his reasons. Not only am I extremely thankful for his 5-minute call, but also for his willingness to help someone who has never contacted him before. He owed me nothing. I will be using SwiftFit as my main service and MOT centre. Thank you, Warren.

I’ve recently moved to Gloucester and was worried about finding a new trustworthy garage. I saw the reviews and decided to try Swiftfit and they’re so great. As a young girl I’m used to feeling intimidated and potentially mugged off when I go to mechanics and these guys make me feel the opposite. From the moment I called and Warren answered with amazing customer service I knew I’d come to a good place. So fair, take the time to explain everything, and are so friendly. I’ve recommended to all my friends now and it’s only my second time using them.

Called on Friday morning and was able to book my car for an inspection on Saturday afternoon. Waiting room was pleasant and spacious, staff members were friendly and helpful. Problem was fixed in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

As a female who doesn't know a great deal about cars, some garages can be intimidating to visit but not Swiftfit! I have been coming here for many years after a recommendation from a family member. What a great team at swiftfit. I needed a rear seat belt replacing after an MOT failure had been quoted a ridiculous price by a garage down the road. I took if to swiftfit and they replaced it for a third of the price and did it next day..super service will get all my servicing done at swiftfit from now on

Recently My car had an issue with its clutch and gear box and after multiple calls to various garage I was looking at a 3-4 week wait to get it repaired! I was desperate to get it fixed! A friend suggests Swift so I thought I'd give them a call and I'm so glad I Did. I spoke with Calum on the phone who was wonderful, he took the time to ask me about my car, its history, what had happened while I was driving it and displayed a genuine interest to my safety and ensuring the vehicle was safe to drive! He managed to fit my car in that day and I picked it up the day later as good as new! When I collected my car, Shaun explained all the work they had done and it's warranty and I was very impressed with the price and their professionalism! They're a very friendly garage and I'd definitely recommend them!

Have used Swift Fit for as long as I can remember and always been 100% satisfied with the work done here and in the way we, as customers, are dealt with. They always keep us up to date with any work needed & if not ready the same day try their best to give us a courtesy car. Our main car is now on the Motability scheme so has to be serviced etc by the main dealer but I am never as confident with the work done by them as I am when Swift Fit does work on our cars. If I had a choice that car would be taken to you for all work & servicing. My husbands car still comes to you and your work, prices and customer service are second to none. Always recommend you to friends and family looking for an honest & reliable job. Thank you.

Great service, had a flat battery at home, got it charged up rang to see if they could check the condition of the battery and told to bring it down. Went down they checked the battery and said it was on it's way out. Got the new battery ordered, delivered and fitted a few minutes later. Super speedy service at short notice.

Gave me the most competitive price for replacing a suspension spring and had me booked in within a couple of days. On my way to the garage another spring went, doubling the job for them. I dropped the vehicle off 2 hours later than agreed but they still got it sorted within the same day! Cheerful bunch of staff providing great all round customer service (and I rarely review anything!)

I couldn't recommend this garage more. My car developed a misfire during a journey and Gloucester was the next nearest town. After a quick google, I phoned up SwiftFit and they said they could help. I called in an hour later and within around 30 mins of watching Indiana Jones in the waiting room the misfire had been diagnosed and fixed, for a price that I was pleased with. I found Swift Fit while looking for a replacement clutch for my car. I was initially quoted by my local garage but thought I should shop around so did a quick Google search. Got quotes from several garages in Gloucester including Swift Fit. Swift Fit came back with a very competitive fixed price quote, almost seemed too cheap so you wonder what corners they were cutting. Phoned them up to discuss it and spoke to very helpful and friendly person who reassured me it was all genuine so booked my car in. They had my car early one morning and I borrowed one of their curtsey cars to get to work. This was basic but perfectly functional. They were done by mid afternoon, no problems. Cost was as originally quoted so more than happy. All in all very happy with the service and price and would certainly use again.

I have been using SwiftFit as my garage for 5 years. They are always polite, helpful, explain the problem and talk me through the quote before any work is carried out on my car. I have had bad experiences with other well know garages damaging my car and trying to bully me into fixing problems that didn’t exist. This garage restored my faith in the honesty of people. I am moving out of county soon but will continue to use SwiftFit as they are the only people that I trust with my cars!

An excellent honest local garage. With a very helpful and polite team. I Had my clutch, slave cylinder and crankshaft seal replaced here. After then discovering an oil leak they were happy to take it back in and re-inspect the work done and try a new seal in an effort to stop it, all for free under the warranty with no questions asked. I would definitely use them again. Swiftfit are a local garage that could show the main dealerships a thing or two about good customer care and work practices.

Always a fantastic experience at Swiftfit. The team are kind and helpful and I never feel like I’m being ripped off which I have often felt when visiting other garages. Swiftfit are always happy to help as soon as I call them and offer a courtesy car if my car will take a few hours or longer which helps massively as I live in a small country village and allows time to get on with my day. My car went for a service at another garage ... I was told needed a shock absorber at a cost of £300 plus . And they rounded of two screws which I was told had to be drilled out ..I had in the past used swift fit for several years previous to my move in cheltenham ... after my experience st the service , I decided to ring my old trusted garage swift fit . Shaun and his team sorted my car out for far less than I was quoted .. they looked at what was wrong and needed and done the work before they shut on the Saturday lunchtime , they lent me a courtesy car , so I was able to go of and do my weekly shop . All done put away then my car was ready to pick up .. thankyou swift fit ... I’ll be using your services again in the future for mot s . Services etc . As to be honest I don’t trust the other garage local to me in cheltenham . You all at swift fit have been honest and fair for several years , I’ll be staying with you . Thankyou swift fit .

Had my tyres fitted at Swift Fit twice through BlackCircles. Very friendly staff, free coffee and the day's paper to read while you wait. Excellent customer service, once my tyres had been fitted I was invited into to workshop to make sure I was happy with the work and to check that there was no damage to my alloys. I'm a stickler for damaged alloys and was pleased to see that they were in perfect condition. The mechanic even dressed the tyres! Well chuffed.

Being a Woman I get all my work done at Swift fit as I 100% trust them. I have never felt this trust with any other garage I have visited. I feel I must comment on Shaun who is the Manager there ....he goes out of his way to help me ( and everybody else) ...after turning down his kind offer of loaning a car..I decided to get the bus into town and return to the garage later...he even took me and showed me where the Bus stop was as I wasn't sure where it was ...even though Callum had previously did the same for me as I don't know Tuffley at all...Thankyou. I have been using Swift Fit for a couple of years now. I find they are a rare thing, a garage i can trust. If they take a faulty part off my car they will always show it to me and provide a no bullshit description of the fault. Something so simple yet it demonstrates their honesty admirably.

I had to take my bmw 1series down for them to run a diagnostic test as it is showing a fault on the rear right pedestrian actuator, I have taken it to 4 different mechanic's now and even bmw specialist and they all have no clue what it is as it's puzzling everyone, callum was dealing with me and he spent his time into looking into this problem and hopefully when I take it back to bmw specialist on eastern avenue they maybe able to do what callum has suggested, thanks again to callum for going out of your way into trying to solve this problem for me, I would highly recommend swiftfit Gloucester to anyone who needs help or anything mechanical to go to swiftfit as they are spot on.

Took my Volvo in for mot and air con service. My handbreak cable snapped during the m ot and needed replacing plus rear discs and pads . All the work was Carried out to a very high standard. They had problems with fitting handbreak cable which involved extra labor costs but didn't charge the full amount of labor time it took them so very pleased with service provided. Will use again .
