Paul did a fantastic job removing some tedious dents on my pride and joy. What Paul does is an art and those little dents are no longer bugging me! Coming from a car enthusiast I’m extremely picky but I am 10000% satisfied with the work and service received. Fantastic service, such a lovely friendly person and so easy to get along with and chat to. Paul went above and beyond. Would highly recommend! My BMW, only 2 years old, was damaged after encountering a deer. Paul, at The Dent Clinic, Gloucester, thoroughly inspected the dents on the bonnet, wing, and A pillar and explained the work required. The car was in the workshop for a day, and he quoted a repair that should be up to 95% perfect. On collection, however, I was amazed to see something much nearer to 100%! I was recommended to speak to Paul as some thoughtless driver had decided to open their car door onto my brand new Mercedes leaving a dent in excess of 2 inches in diameter with a giant crease line through it at the sharpest of angles to the drivers door panel. I was devastated to see this and couldn't bear to leave it and therefore got in touch with Paul. From the moment I spoke to Paul he was professional, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. He arranged to come out to my place of work to take a look and within the first few minutes of meeting him I could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing and chose to instruct him to do the work there and then. I watched Paul spend over an hour repairing the dent to my car and to my astonishment the dent completely disappeared in front of my eyes. He wouldn't leave it until it was perfect and I couldn't believe how amazing the repair was. It far exceeded my expectations and I was absolutely over the moon with the result! He came out within 1 hour of speaking to him and another hour later and the job was done and the dent was gone! Amazing! I cannot recommend Paul highly enough!

Took my Lexus to Paul with a nasty dent and crease in the Aluminium tailgate where some careless shopper had hit it hard with a shopping trolley handle. I cannot believe how well the repair turned out. It was in a highly visible place on a flat area by the number plate with a nasty crease line in the middle of the damage . That feeling when you walk up to your car and realise someone has dinged it! In my case, lent on or put something on the bonnet of my BMW 4 series leaving three small but very noticeable dents along the crease line. My luck changed as Paul was available at short notice and spent an hour and a half working away to remove all the damage so you would never know it happened. An annoying dent was left on my new car by someone, although it was small I knew it was there and wanted it removed. Paul had a look at it and despite it being in an inaccessible place under the wing mirror he was confident he could remove it. He was able to use the hot glue method to sort out the dent and I must say he has made an excellent job in removing it completely. Got Paul’s details on-line, 5 star rating got my attention. Good communications before I went to his location, including checking what the door was made of, turns out it was Aluminium Alloy, which he says is not easy to fix, good that he checks and didn’t just “go for it”. Despite there being a large side impact protection bar in his way, he did a perfect repair. At one point after about an hour it looked OK to me, Paul wasn’t satisfied “it’s not perfect yet” was what he said. 20 minutes later - PERFECTION. If I need to have another dent removed - he’s the guy I will use. Excellent. Oh and he’s actually a nice bloke too!

The Dent Clinic worked on my pride and joy ‘99 BMW M Coupe today. After a thorough inspection of the roof which had a 5 inch dent and the passenger door which had several minor dents, Paul explained in depth the procedure that he would perform on these areas. The costs were explained and I was satisfied with what was required to be done, the time taken and what to expect. When I returned not only had he worked his magic on those areas which we’d agreed on, he had also removed a couple extra small dents on that door as well which he said “Were getting on his nerves”. 100% satisfied with the results and will only go to The Dent Clinic if any work is required from now on.

Paul was courteous and friendly and 2 days later I was booked into the workshops to have the dents removed using the paintless dent removal process. I have recently used The Dent Clinic to remove 4 dents from the front of my bonnet caused by a car reversing into me. I wanted to avoid bonnet replacement or filling and painting. I wasn't entirely sure the job could be done as these were extremely close to the bonnet lip. BUT having used Paul twice before to do smaller door dings on a previous car I knew he was the man for job, if anyone could do it he could. A stupid parking ding looked so obvious on my black Cayman rear wing, I thought I would have get the panel repaired and painted or worse live with it, but Paul found a way through to get behind the dent. With his remarkable skills, ingenious tools and considerable patience, he slowly eased it away. It now looks as good as new, with no filler or paint. After a bump with a tree 3 days ago, my car is back to how it looked before. The dent was in the boot door, an inch away from the glass & it was very deep. I had previously spoken to a few companies who were quoting very high prices. I was even advised that I should leave the dent and replace the whole thing, which would of meant buying a new boot door and paying for hours of labour. Paul has fixed dents on my current BMW M5 and my previous Nissan GT-R. The GT-R had been dented on the front wing in my work car park and of course no one owned up to it. I visited Paul the next day and he fixed it on his driveway. There was absolutely no trace of the dent and I was very happy. The second time was about a month ago. I noticed a dent on the rear plastic bumper on my M5 and thought it would be impossible to fix. This one took a while as plastic is not easy to work with and access from under the car was hampered by the wheel, heat shields and a backing plate, however with some clever modifications to his tools and a heat gun he removed it completely. I would definitely recommend Paul, he is a true professional and won't be beaten - the plastic dent fix is a good example of making the impossible possible!

We had a number of dents in our roof after being caught out loading luggage. Paul fixed six on the roof rail (biggest 7cm) and two on the roof panel (biggest 12cm). There was also a much older car park door job right on the bodyline (5cm). The roof rail dents were remedied to perfection and the same for the door. Only if you knew that the dent had been there, could you see any sign of the the large roof panel dent. The paintwork was left untouched, which, as pearl white, was a blessing. Paul carried out the whole lot in one go after quoting the evening before. The repairs took one and a half hours on our drive. Given the standard of the repair and the fact that the factory finished paintwork was untouched, the price represented very good value. Our pride was restored!
