Absolutely fantastic service. I've taken my wifes car for paintless dent removal and my sons car for a repair and respray to the rear quarter wing and you wouldn't know they'd been done. Even got each car back spotless and valeted. Service and reception was A1, with a smile and professional attitude, nothing seems too much trouble with a very relaxed atmosphere from some great guys. If I could give more stars I would.

Getting car body work repaired is a total minefield. Ultimate gave me total faith they were going to respect my car and do a good job. They kept me up to date and when there was issues or delays and didn't bodge things even though there's no way I could have known. Will return in the future.

Impressive service. Very friendly staff; happy to explain anything that was asked; kept to promised schedule; provided courtesy car. Did an excellent job replacing a damaged wing and sliding door, which included transposing the aftermarket window from the old door to the new and recovering the interior of the door (it's a campervan conversion). After looking around in Gloucestershire for somewhere to refurb my alloys and respray some bodywork, I gave my car to Ultimate. The respray work was perfect and the colour came out exactly as I had requested. They even gave me some good advice about aftercare to keep the finish looking good. After the wheels were done, the owner wasn’t 100% satisfied that they met his high standards, so he asked if I would bring it back it so they could redo them for free. It’s easy for companies to give good service when things go right, but the fact that the wheels weren’t perfect first time and they took so much pride in sorting it and getting the wheels right at no cost to me is the sign of a really good outfit. The car came back extremely clean and the price was good too. Would definitely recommend.
