I. B.A&P are a long-established, ethical company.
They never over-charge you - if it's only a lightbulb that they find has failed, they just charge for a lightbulb.
They've just fixed our tailgate: other companies have drawn a blank*, but A&P fixed it within an hour and charged less than £50.
Very knowledgeable staff. Very competent.
If there's anything electrical wrong with the car, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
*I mentioned going to other places before them when trying to get our tailgate fixed, but it wasn't something we recognised as an electrical problem.

Not only did they book me in very quickly they managed to identify the cause of the drain and put a suitable fix in place (full repair would require expensive trip to Mercedes !!!) all at extremely reasonable cost.
