J. D.I cannot fault the team here. We took our Ford Kuga to them with an ongoing fault which our local mechanic couldn’t fix. Initial attempts to solve were unsuccessful, but this was explained and to be honest we took the car back as we needed it for a long journey. Spoke to Tony as soon as the fault came back. He took the vehicle in as soon as we returned and fully sorted it. All the time the communication was clear, honest and customer focused. I could tell that they wanted to do a good job for us. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The car has been fine since they resolved the problem. It is hard to find people you trust, I’m so glad we found Ford motor specialist. We will continue to use them moving forward.

They are always upfront with costing, give a rough time on when bits need doing, they don't do stuff for the sake of it. Always looking to keep costs low. They have taught me so much about car care.
They are always happy to do a car checkover before a long journey or holiday and don't charge.
Nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

G.Been using this family run garage a few years now as I always take my fast ford's here and what a fantastic and superior service you get from here I can't recommend enough you have a ford take it here because it's put the other local dealerships to shame and they would learn a lot from this garage. I would never take my ford to any of the local dealerships been to them all and would never use them again. As mentioned you have a ford take it here you won't regret it because I really really don't absolutely love this garage and will continue to do so for very many years.

M. H.Very similar experience to other reviewers, I started using this garage about 8 years ago when I had a mk1 focus and they were fine. Recently started to use them again after some time away but with a different car (Skoda Octavia) and glad to say that the same level of good honest service that I had several years ago seems to have continued.
