Excellent service from this garage. I was down from Scotland in a Z4 and had a roof problem. They managed to fit me into their obviously busy schedule and ran diagnostics on the car to ascertain the problem. Extremely professional and very pleasant people to do business with. After using the main dealer for my Mercedes AMG A35 service and needing a second mortgage I looked into whether I needed to use the main dealer for the warranty or not, having looked into this and realising you don’t need to use main dealers and can use a reputable company like Bntec I went in for a quote for my next service, I couldn’t believe how much cheaper they were than the main dealer and had to question if the quote was correct, it was! Needless to say I will be using them for all of my servicing and repairs in the future. I am currently in the process of purchasing a BMW 435d and the friendly advice they have given me with regards to this purchase has been second to none. If you are looking for a very friendly, trustworthy company to look after your vehicle at a very competitive price then look no further, give these guys a call and relax in the knowledge your vehicle is being taken care of.

The boot of my BMW was locked and would not open using the remote on my key fob.There was no other way of gaining access to the boot.It was two days before Christmas Eve and I had food and presents in the car. I contacted BNTEC who agreed to look at it the first thing in the morning . I arrived at their premises just after 8.00am and they started work immediately on my car. The engineers ( both called Paul) managed to open the boot and correct the underlying fault - a wiring problem - within half an hour. An excellent service provided by BNTEC at a cost which I was extremely satisfied with. I’ve been using BNTEC now for about 6 years on the recommendation of my son. They have always been very friendly and professional undertaking work to a very high standard at a reasonable price and I would recommend them unreservedly. If you own a BMW MERC OR AUDI and you need your car looked after properly you have to go see this guys. I don't often write reviews but I feel I need to share my experience with these guys. Professionalism, value and accountability is a given with these guys. Have been taking my car an E class 220 CDI to these guys for three years now and every time I've been treated courteously and my problems sorted beyond my expectations. What's more, you just cant find better value anywhere else. Ask for Kevin and you have nothing to worry about. Fantastic chaps. Would've given ten stars if I could.

Since last year I'm regular customer with my BMW 530D GT M Sport and my wife's 116i as well for simple reason. They are the best. Bought a service plan elsewhere and cancelled it because free MOT I got with, nearly costed me £2000 at nearby official dealer for something what didn't need to be done. BNTEC saved me, my car and my money as well. They are reliable, fast and professional for reasonable price.

Simply the fairest and most professional motor garage I have ever dealt with. Another garage "fixed "my car and charged me accordingly only for the car to break down on the way home from the garage with the same problem.I booked a diagnostic check with BNtech who spent a lot more time discovering what the real problem was than the hour diagnostic check I had booked but only charged me the cost of the hours diagnostic check. These guys are incredibly fair and I cant reccomend them enough.If you have a problem with your german car look no further than these guys to sort it. Thanks guys...superb.

Been using these guys for the last 8 years or so. I cannot fault their work and I cannot fault their honesty. There have been many times where they have talked me out of having work done as it's been unnecessary or it can wait another 6 months. There aren't many car garages out there that do that! To me that's a credit to the owners. I will continue to use Bntec all the while I have a car.

I have dealt with the guys at BnTec since 2006 when they first set up. Being a BMW owner I need to know that all my servicing and maintenance work is carried out by experts to the highest possible standard, by people I can trust. BnTec provide a professional and friendly service, and being a small company it is a personal service which I consider to be very important. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

We’ve been using BNTEC for a few years now, with nothing but good things say about them. They’re always accommodating, polite and professional and complete the work to a high standard within the time frames quoted. Having had some pretty bad experiences in the past with a main dealer, not too far from BNTEC, it’s reassuring that work here is carried out by seasoned mechanics who are not just ‘box tickers.’ I know that if I have an issue with my car, it will be thoroughly investigated by BMW trained engineers and rectified as soon as possible. Courtesy cars are also available if requested and booked in advance. They have in the past, managed to fix a long term reoccurring fault with our 1 series, that a nearby main dealer couldn’t get to the bottom of. No over inflated bills to pay either, which is always nice. Thanks again to Kevin, Paul and all of the staff at BNTEC.
