Fantastic service. They did an engine rebuild for me no-one else would touch! Rare Volvo diesel hybrid. Sorted everything with dealer and warranty company too. Kept in touch with me throughout and car runs like a dream with 12months warranty from then too. Great mechanics and fully recommend them

Can’t thank Chris enough ! Nobody in the newcastle area was interested in helping us out. We’ve got a 2011 A4 which we had already spent £3500 at a newcastle ‘Audi specialist ‘ only to end up with an engine with a melted piston .. it’s a long story . Anyway Chris couldn’t have been more helpful , giving us good advice along the way of the rebuild , as if it was his own car . My wife never thought she would drive it again ,& she owes £12k finance on it ! This had a huge impact on us . But thanks to Chris & some help from her parents too , she’s back up & running ..& this month when she makes her monthly payment , at least she’s got something to show for it . I would also like to add that Chris went out his way to find us 2nd hand cams which saved us over £1100 . Hopefully now we can get on with our lives .

They started off well, fitted new clutch and condensor when they did the rebuild. On the negative my car was there for weeks, made it extremely difficult to get to work. When I did finally get it home the drivers seat was covered in grease. Shame to add negatives.

Took my Fiesta EcoBoost here after Ford told me I needed a new engine at a cost of ~£5,000. These guys stripped and cleaned the engine, found the cause of the issue (cracked piston), replaced all of the pistons and piston rings, head gasket, timing belt kit, water pump, did an oil and filter change and regassed the air con, £1,320 all in. Car is running better than ever now. Highly recommended

My cam belt snapped while on the motorway, absolutly trashing my engine, I found out that dealerships send engines away for repair and was told to get my car to the engine repair centre, Dale and the guys at the engine repair centre have stripped and rebuilt my engine at a fraction of the cost of a dealership and in very quick time, the car now runs smoother than it ever has, and has saved us scrapping the car or selling a kidney to get it repaired.
