Absolutely amazing. Booked car in for bonnet key entry fix. Quoted me half the price of other garages in area. Dropped off car and picked up next day. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend, and will be getting repeat custom from me!

Absolutely brilliant. Booked in for basic service, went way beyond what I would have expected. Really quick turn around and even took care of small details like greasing the bonnet catch and battery terminals. Already booked for next service and MOT. Good old fashioned values and workmanship. Popped in at 10.00 as agreed, seen to straight away. The service is so good that he said that the compressor was noisy and If I wished he would take the refrigerant out again and that there would be no charge, Well worth a call, I will use his services in the future

So impressed with the service at Hookems. I was on holiday nearby and they were recommended to me when my radiator started leaking. The quote they gave me was exact and it was ready in less that 24 hours. They went above and beyond for me. So friendly and explained everything really well. Absolutely fantastic service and price, took my Vauxhall Corsa in at 8am for front brake discs n pads plus a near side front outer gaiter fitted and walked to Metro gym gillet Street for a morning working for an hour n by the time I walked back to the garage my car was parked up outside the garage all done n dusted n absolutely perfect so 100% will be using again n also recommend Hookem's to everyone else...👍👍👍👍
