Good garage to take a car for its MOT. Both engineer-owners are Mitsubishi trained motor mechanics who had previously worked at Hull Mitsubishi. MOT's in 2022 are £29.99

Managed to get an Mot booking within a week as my usual place let me down. Covid safe and cannot wait in reception while inspection being carried out. Only 5 minutes walk from 4 major car dealers so had a walk around those while waiting! Car was ready within the hour as stated and polite and courteous staff to boot.

Great garage.friendly,always busy but have time for you. Good mechanics. We wont go anywhere else. Have a courtesy car to borrow while yours is being done. I like the fact the Bill's are itemised so you know what you've spent on what. Really cannot fault this garage at all.

Even though they're a 'Japanese car specialist', I've taken all mine and my wife's cars (which have included VW, Mercedes, Volvo & Peugeot) as well as Honda over the years. I use them for MOTs (probably the cheapest you’ll find anywhere in the country), repairs, interim and full servicing. Rich and Craig are always friendly and will offer advice and help whenever I've asked them. Always do a good, thorough job and they don’t cost anywhere near main dealer prices.

The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to, they explain everything in a easy to understand way so if there are any issues you will know what is causing them, though they are very busy and I mean busy almost all the time they still manage to put a personal touch on every interaction.

Hull Jap-Car were recommended to me when I recently had an engine management light fault with a Mitsubishi ASX Diesel which my usual garage couldn’t attend to because of the equipment required and the local main dealer was quoting 10 days before they could even look at it. Hull Jap-Car accommodated me within 24 hours. They carried out their initial minor recommendations and hopefully what they did has sorted the issue. The cost was low and service levels were high. Fingers crossed now. I would highly recommend them to all.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Work on old cars which some garages don't like doing. Prices are always on point.

These guys are great and very knowledgeable, they've been happy to fit parts I've brought for a very reasonable price - best thing is you can usually get in at quite short notice and they're open long hours
