Jim Bell and Kingston Motor Carriage Engineers Limited in Hull were recommended to me by Dave Earl at Autolectric (another great company) as I was having problems sorting some issues with my SWB Mercedes Sprinter van and Mercedes Hymer motorhome using the main Mercedes dealer. Jim is a 'top bloke' and has fixed all the problems on both vehicles with a couple of visits. I would strongly recommend anyone wanting a quality service or repair to contact them. In my opinion they offer good value for money and Jim is always on hand to give sound advice.

I took my sprinter here to get the electrics installed for a camper van conversion. I can't rate them highly enough, they did a great job at a reasonable price and were very accommodating about my time frame. The electrics system was set up exactly as I needed to be and everything was explained to me really well. I'll definitely be going back for any future work on the van.

I recently visited Kingston Motor Carriage to have some work carried out on my volvo as it failed its M.O.T....After a detailed description of what needed to be done Over the phone,, i was invited to come down and view the failed parts and given advice and prices to fix the failed problems...The first impressions of the garage were Just how spotless and professional everything looked..All the front seats had been covered to protect them, the same for the carpets.After agreeing that id like the work carried out i was pleasantly surprised when the car had been given a quick wash on collection,(Nice touch)..I would have no problem recommending this garage to friends, family, and work colleagues. To sum up ..Very professional.,friendly,,and competitively priced .

Motorhome in for service and MOT. Brakes had been binding a little because of lack of use during Covid lockdown. All stripped and cleaned, and CV boot changed after MOT advisory. All completed in a day. Van drives noticeably smoother. Very happy with the service here.

Thanks once again to Jim and his team for prompt efficient service. I collected my motor home from storage and whilst driving home the engine warning light came on. Rang Jim, took it in straight away, he diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part which arrived the following day and he had me on the road by lunch time and our road trip went ahead as planned. I visited Kingston carriage engineers to get my BMW E90 318i m.o.t. I booked it at short notice but they were more than happy to help and fit me in the same day. When I arrived they were very friendly and the M.o.t was carried out very efficiently. I first used Kingston Motor Carriage Enginers when I was quoted over £2,000 to have the DPF changed on my Toyota Rav 4. I was recommended the Terraclean system at KMCE and learned it would do the same job at a fraction of the price. I couldn't be happier with the results. I now get all work on my car done at this garage (including service and MOT), customer service is exceptional, prices are very competitive and my car is left running perfectly. Cannot recommend them enough.

Went to have my Focus TERRA-CLEANED, arrived a little early but was Approached by Mr J. Bell, He assured me I was in the right place, then Politely introduced himself to me. He asked me for a few details & then started the process. I asked if i could watch & he said this was ok.
