I was looking for someone to change my oil cooler seals on my E350. I shopped around I called Mercedes Specialists Ltd. I found Tim to be profession and polite when I went to see him to discuss. It's a complex job and I was seeking assurance but it was soon clear that Tim had lots of experience with this exact issue. I dropped my car off the next day and the my car was repaired using genuine parts from the local main dealer. I received photos of the work as it was done and the job was completed on time. The quality of the work is great, no issues and the prices as exactly as quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mercedes Specialist Ltd to anyone. Tim is a really nice guy and his quality is first grade.
