I had my car booked in for a rear bumper through insurance, I dropped it off on the Monday night explaining that I would like it back before a week on Tuesday as I was going away on holiday and had it booked in for the car park. The next day mid afternoon I received a phone call saying that they had put it to the top of the list and my car was finished. I collected it within 24 hours of dropping it off. They made a excellent job of my vehicle and gave it a full valet.staff were very helpful and the woman who dealt with me was very professional. I would definitely use and recommend them to everybody, thanks again

Arrived for a quotation and was in for repair within a matter of weeks (despite covid). A couple of days before my car went in for repair, I had the misfortune of someone else hitting my car. The guys were really sympathetic and arrange for it to be done the same day as my initial repair booking, which saved me a tonne on labour costs. The day I was due to pick my car up, I was not able to make it within opening hours. I arrived after closing and Jarrad was more than happy to wait for my arrival. Impeccable service! To top it off they gave my car a full valet and she looked good as new. Overall, these guys take pride in their work and customer service went above and beyond. Will most certainly recommend and should I have the misfortune of needing repairs in the future, The Paint & Body Shop are my first port of call. TOP CLASS!!!

Great communication and customer service, very efficient and professional team, John the owner was also extremely supportive and reassuring to my partner when unexpected issues arose which were not related to the body shop. After an unfortunate incident, I had to book my car 🚘 in to be repaired by these amazing people. They were very busy at the time to the point they had no courtesy car 🚙 available. I needed a courtesy car 🚙 so they hired one in for me to use so that my vehicle could be repaired , they where very friendly and determined to help wherever they could and I could not fault them. Had a bump, insurance company directed me to The Paint & Body shop. Great service good communication, but when I went to collect my the car the bonnet wasn't aligned with bodywork. Pointed it out, and waited while this was sorted. Shouldn't they have checked before I came to collect?
