I recently took my car to Ricci concept motors for a suspension upgrade. I chose them as they had responded quickly and inspired confidence that they were able to do everything I wanted to a high standard, at a reasonable price. Upon attending the garage/office and meeting Nick for the first time, I knew immediately that I was in the right place (and not because of the sign above the door!) - Nick's garage is clean, neatly-organised and welcoming; I was greeted with a friendly smile which put me at ease. After picking up my keys at the end of the day, I honestly couldn't be happier! The work was done properly and with care - it feels like a new car to drive and looks wicked! The job was slightly more tricky than anticipated, although this was not a problem for Nick and his team of skilled and enthusiastic mechanics! Thanks guys!

Ricci Concept provide an excellent service - second to none. Many garages claim to be specialists in certain brands of vehicle, but many fall short of what they claim. Ricci Concept are genuine specialists with VW/Audi vehicles and are generally very good with other brands of vehicle from my own experiences with them. Ricci Concept don’t diagnose and repair faults by replacing parts unnecessarily before they get to the correct part like many other garages - often due to poor fault diagnosis/poor knowledge. They get their repairs and diagnosis correct first time, always. Ricci concept are an honest, trustworthy business whom I continue to use, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It's hard to find a mechanic you trust when you have no idea about cars yourself! Luckily, we found Nick and have been taking our car to him for nearly five years. We always receive first class, friendly service and drive away knowing our car is safe to drive. Nick always calls if he finds any problems and prices up any work that needs doing before it's carried out. We are able to have an MOT/service on a Saturday morning, which fits well when we work Monday to Friday. Would highly recommend Ricci Concept, Nick and his team!

In 2010 the garage I had gone to wanted £1500 for new injectors as my car had lost power. The car wasn’t worth that so I put it back in my works car park to think about what to do. It was the year we had really bad snow and whilst attempting to walk home a stranger picked me up. I moaned to him about my car and he recommended Ricci Concept. The next day I took it there and it was repaired in the morning £254. I haven’t looked back since and have been there ever since. I take my Audi there now. Might not be the cheapest although it is competitive, I trust them, they always do a great job and if they find something wrong they will point it out and say whether it needs changing or not. I even get a lift back to work when I drop my car off. A few months ago Audi did a recall and had to change a part for me. They listed all the additional work which needed doing and priced it. I told them I go to Ricci Concept so they reduced their quotes further. Ricci concept was still cheaper. I thoroughly recommend them

Recently took my car here. My car was having vibrations when accelerating in 4th and 5th gear at low rpm. The clutch and flywheel was diagnosed as the issue. They were helpful with trying to sort out payment with the warranty company and the dealer i bought it from as I only bought the car less than a month previously. The car still has a vibration issue which they have said is a possible cv joint but its not obvious as of yet. So to let the problem develop and then they will happily look at it again for me. I appreciate you trying not to guess on something and waste my money. It's just frustrating as I know there's still some issue there. Thanks for your help.

Golf R Mk VII - APR stage 1 high torque + Sachs performance clutch upgrade. Nick and his team was very informative and helpful when I was looking into tuning my manual gearbox car. After some online research and speaking to Nick, I booked in the car for a two week appointment. The upgrade was completed in one day. Jordan the mechanic pointed out two issues, including a slow coolant leak which was not picked up during my routine service at a main VW dealership only one week ago. Thankfully that has now been sorted out under warranty. Looking forward, Nick would be my first contact if there are any car repairs needed. ‘First class chap’ as they say.

Bought a 66 plate S3, not from an Audi dealer, but performance garage, didn't know much about service history- so looked through Google for an independent garage, as Audi labour rates astronomical- read reviews about Ricci Concepts, also they are an authorised dealer for APR, as was looking for remapping. I sent Nick an enquiry email first regarding things like what he would recommend re servicing, performance parts & costs. He sent me straight back a printout of the cars service history along with his recommendations of what may need doing, for peace of mind & costs. He was very accommodating, as I travel from Doncaster, so booked me in for Saturday morning, to carry out a full service, Brake pad & fluid change. Jordan did a great job. Then afew months later I booked in again, for Haldex, DSG service, Auxiliary belt change & the APR stage 1 remap- again Nick was so helpful- I thought he was joking when he said "enjoy the ride home" wow did I. I now have the car booked in for MOT & Milltek performance exhaust in Dec, & can't wait- Nick isn't a salesman, he doesn't push any products, listens to what you want, then gives his advise. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Ricci Concept several times. First time I took my VW MK1 Golf Cabriolet for servicing and MOT. She was well looked after and I was really happy with service provided. I recently purchased a VW Scirocco R first visit I had the following work undertaken major service, APR stage 1 and racing line air intake I was over the moon the with results. I returned several months later to have a VIS HPFP fitted, runner flap delete along with the APR stage 2+ and now the car is producing 324WHP around 370HP at the flywheel this was confirmed using the rototest dyno machine happy days!! I highly recommend Ricci concept for service, tuning and anything car related Nick the owner is very informative and honest chap.
