Took my car for mot and service there for first time and no problems, no made up little jobs to earn money or forcing stuff needed on you, just professional, great service. Will use again when need anything doing with my car.

Broke a shock absorber mount travelling south bank to North, the team at savoy got me booked in same day and part ordered so I could get my car fixed and it was safe to drive home. Very grateful to them all, staff are great, thank you all very much!

I booked in for an MOT and when dropping off my car I informed the gentleman that my key fob wasn't working on the drivers door so he would have to use the key. Two hours later I picked my car back up as it had passed and was also very pleased to discover that my key fob was now fully functional. Great work. Highly recommended.

I went in with a tyre issue on my van and they found out I had a cracked rim and guided me in the right direction to solve the issue.

Seriously, avoid this place. Looks great until the get a car they dont know how to fix and instead of admitting this, they do a really bad fix job and hand the car back to the owner maybe hoping they wpildnt notice.
I took my Mini to them for a possible gearbox or clutch problem (or both) which they said they could do. This was Wednesday and I would get car back by weekend. Then on Friday it was monday. After 3 weeks and many calls (from me to them) later, and after they had said they had trouble getting the new clutch to work which is what they said the problem was, I finally pick tbe car up to realise that the car was worse than it was before I took it in. I rushed to pick up my son and got the car home. I rang Pipers and agreed to take the car back on the friday. After thinking about it more and more I started to worry that 1)it had taken them 3 weeks to do a simple job 2) they couldnt get the new part to work and then handed the car back to me either taking it for a test drive and not noticing a problem which is bad, or noticing and just not caring (not quite sure which is worse). Plus, they obviously didnt take car of the car or pride in what they were doing. I de decided to take the car elsewhere. Rang them and told them, they didnt seem bothered which convinced me I was doing the right thing.
Car went to a garage in Beverley who had tbe problem diagnosed and fixed in a week. Picked the car up and running brilliantly again. Was told to get money back from Pipers due to the "new" clutch needing to be replaced again due to the work they had done and not done that were necessary.
Now, Pipers charged me £490, i then had another £600 at the garage in beverley not to mention all the money to get to work and back home without a car (considering I was told I would have it back in less than a week).
I have asked for my money back from Pipers with the evidence and surprise surprise I am being ignored! Now, alot of people would also be trying to claim back bus and taxi fares to and from work but all I want is my money back since I have paid 2 garages to do the same thing.
They are not interested and I am now stuck with a huge debt on my credit card thanks to them. Please also note I am a single working mum and due to working only part time , struggle with money anyway.
So, do yourself a favour and avoid this place if you like your car and more importantly are not rich.
I hope you read this (Guys at Pipers). I haven't finished yet and will go through the proper channels to get my money back. Would have been alot better and a much more nicer review if you had agreed to refund the money back to me.
Quick update. I did get my refund so increased the star rating.
