Someone crashed into the back of my car a few weeks ago, and destroyed my bumper. Taylors provided an excellent service, from inspecting the damage, providing an estimate the same day, and carrying out the repair a couple of weeks later. There was a delay, because they were fully booked. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and my car was thoroughly cleaned inside & out. The work looks really lovely. Claire was really friendly & helpful throughout.

After a very long drawn out process of an insurance claim once Taylors were given authority to do my repairs it was booked and finished inside of a week, not only repaired but cleaned and polished inside and out. Excellent correspondence from getting the quote through to booking it in very prompt service was expecting at least 2/3 days and had it back the very next day ,very friendly and polite staff and even went out their way to adjust a couple of things id queried whilst I was there to collect my car, an even better bonus I only had to pull my seat in everything left as I had it they even cleaned my car up like new would recommend and use this place again if ever needed best service I’ve received thank you so much

Taylor’s were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The communication and the customer care I received from Claire, the head receptionist was incredible and she kept me up-to date with every step of my repair - she is certainly an asset to the company! To make things easier for myself Taylor’s also collected and returned my car to me. When it was returned it was valeted and was gleaming - it seriously looks like a new car! I cannot recommend this company enough and will 110% be using them again if I need anything repairing in the future. Thank you for all your hard work and of such a high standard.

Went to have my car inspected for repair, very pleasant young man I dealt with, also the receptionist was very pleasant also very helpful thank you. I was unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident and my vehicle was sent to Taylors by my insurers. In the end my vehicle was written off, but I just have to let you know how wonderful Claire and the team were. I had some ups and downs dealing with the insurance company and Claire helped me sort these out and went above and beyond to help me in my time of crisis. We did visit their site to remove some items from my car and everyone did all they could to help and make the process less painful. Nothing was too much trouble. So although I cannot vouch for their services, I can assure you that you are in good hands and if I ever did need any repairs, I wouldn't hesitate to use Taylors. Claire is a gem and really knows her stuff and all the team seem only too keen to help. I thank you wholeheartedly for all your help!

I've had my car back a couple of weeks now after my insurer took it there due to being involved in a collision. It left the car needing the front bumper and parts behind it replacing. Was wondering what state the car would return in after reading all the other reviews but everything was spot on. My car is 10 years old but the new bumper colour matched the rest of the car perfectly, couldn't tell any difference in colour at all. The lady on reception was also very polite and lovely when calling throughout the process regarding progress updates. Excellent job and I couldn't be happier with it.

In our time of need, Taylor’s acted swiftly and competently, taking the stress out of an unfortunate situation. I received a first class service from start to finish. I found all staff members very helpful and friendly, especially Claire on the front desk who was very welcoming and accommodating. I dropped my car at 08:00am and at 10:50am I received a call from Claire to inform me that my car had been repaired and was ready for collection. I then received a call 5 minutes later asking if I would like my car dropped to me at work or at home and 30 minutes later my car arrived at home sparkling like new. My car was in for rear end damage and the work was completed within a week so I was impressed with that. Front desk staff were lovely and extremely friendly. The garage didn't tell me what they thought needed doing to the car and when I came to collect it they didn't tell me what work had been done. I asked a few times and received extremely vague answers. The bumper is a slightly different colour and they replaced my number plate with a basic one instead of what was on the vehicle - presumably as it was cheaper.

I just picked up my car (Honda CRV). It was damaged at both ends in a shunt and Taylor’s have fixed it up great. The pearlised white paint is perfectly matched, plastic replaced and has a brand new removable tow bar and mount. Top job all round, completed in three weeks, and that included the Christmas holiday period. Well done team!
