Always a warm welcome with coffee also offering to sit down and relax in the waiting area and two dogs wanting to say hello behind the desks. Nothing is Never a trouble. The team have always booked me in quickly never had any problems. Verity in the office is very knowledgeable knows exactly what she is talking about. I have known verity to also come out the office and get her hands dirty. The site on the main road is also very welcoming. TIP TOP PLACE. ONLY GARAGE TO USE IN LEISTON.
n. i.Highly recommended! Fitted new brakepads and discs on my wife's car within a couple of hours of seeking their help. Very impressed with responsiveness and price. Great local service so will probably going to them in the future rather than the dealership.
***UPDATE***
Appleton Engineering 'came up trumps' again! They diagnosed a complex double failure in one of the control modules and dashboard communications interface. The first needed replacing whereas they were able to repair the latter after some research. A dealer would probably have replaced both units completely and cost at least twice as much. Friendly, professional and highly recomended staff willing to go the extra mile!
