A friendly and helpful service. Everyone myself and my father dealt with over the phone were honest and helpful. My repairs (my car's rear bumper/boot was damaged) were completed to a great standard and costs were kept reasonable to the amount of work needing to be done. When I collected the car I felt welcome and looked after as a customer. Plus the invoice provided is clear and easy to read.

Firstly I'd better say that I am the fussiest person there is, and also a paint sprayer of 36 years. First class work, no cutting corners, no masking of trims etc, everything was removed as it should be. End result was spot on. Highly recommended, the only place I would want my car repaired if required again.

Brockford carried out an insurance repair on our Audi A3, front end damage from an unfortunate low speed shunt. The repair was more than satisfactory as was the short time taken to complete it. There was one very small issue, not exactly relating to the repair, a request not to secure a new front number plate with adhesive tape but to use screws. This was missed but quickly resolved by the personal attention of their MD, Mike Ribbons. Quality work, great customer care and highly recommended.
