Broke down on my motorbike at the weekend and was recovered by Andrew from CATS through my insurance policy. Andrew was very efficient and called to discuss the issue before he came out to collect me. He arrived a little earlier than originally anticipated and took great care loading my bike up. He also offered some advice as to the potential issue. Great company to deal with.

Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Needed a new battery for my elderly car's keys. Because it was a very old model they had to go elsewhere to find the battery, fitted it and simply charged me for the battery. Can't speak too highly.

My fuel pump went on me in the halfords carpark. They came and collected my car within half an hour, they came back to me the next day with the problem and I had it sorted by the following day. I had a service and mot done aswell which I used their payment assist option for. Will use again as its hard to find a good trustworthy garage.

CATS were appointed by my breakdown provider because my car wouldn't start at Tescos. They arrived within 20 minutes and got me back on the road in 10 minutes. The chap who arrived was courteous, friendly and easy to talk to whilst we waited to see if my battery would hold a charge. Hopefully I don't breakdown again any time soon, but if I do hopefully it'll be CATS to the rescue again.

We've been using CATs for a number of years and have always found them extremely professional. Last week, due to self-isolation, they even arranged to collect our car, carry out an MOT and deliver it back to us (they also did the same for my work colleague all on the same day)! A fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Booked major service and MOT through online company, C.A.T.S where the appointed garage. On a positive note the MOT test only threw up the requirement to have the front brake pads changed and the service was very reasonably priced. On a negative side the passenger side brake pad was not fitted correctly so has caused uneven wear to the disc, as a result both discs now need changing or rubbing down (if that's a thing - I'm not a mechanic) to maintain equal breaking efficiency - not cheap for the type of vehicle. They where changed by C.A.T.S mid December and admittedly it took a 1000 miles for me to realise, but since then I've visited the garage twice both times no mechanics where available and I've rang up to be told there is no one about until the following week so bring it down before 4 between Monday and Friday.... Er, I've done that twice already, I work between 8 & 5 during the week and this is my only vehicle other than a push bike. In addition, I didn't realise I had a broken registration plate bulb, got charged £36 for the investigation only to find it was still inoperable. After taking it apart it was just a bit of corrosion on the terminals, works a treat now and cost nothing. Anyway winge over, otherwise a decent garage that could be even better with a bit of attention to detail and slightly better customer service hence the 3 stars...

Car wouldn't start. Our recovery company said they would be sending out CATS. At first I was slightly concerned as felines are notoriously poor mechanics, as they're small and furry and have no thumbs. But to my relief a man in a big red truck turned up, was very friendly and got us going in less than 15 minutes. Well done and thanks.

Would of given 5 star if you worked on my car over the weekend😎 but 4.7 is amazing, it's a yes from me. I Broke down friday( clutch went) my car got seen on the Monday....... I must say that the staff were friendly and professional at what they do, they spoke to you as you are bored waiting so thanks for that😎. The clutch isn't an easy part to replace but thanks for doing it today I know they could of made me wait even longer. Also I'd like to shout out to the bloke I spoke to on reception a million times( dont know his name) thanks for remaining patient and calm with me as I'm not the easiest of blokes. Call out to non starting campervan at home, very professional, lovely guy on reception, kept updated on ETA and the then the mechanic was really through meaning we found the fault, and he towed it straight away and it was repaired same day. Cats were able to recover my car from Woolpit late on a Friday night (11pm?) and take it Ipswich after I got a flat tire. Charged me £130 call out which featuring I was desperate and needed to travel 20 miles which was more than any of the major providers were willing to go - I felt was very fair. So big thanks, would recommend.
