Dropped my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee off following a dash warning light leaving it with them at 09 in the morning. At 11:30, they called to report they had identified the possible cause amongst 2 other problems, a relay. They ordered the part, and in the afternoon about 16:00 rang me to say it was ready. I picked the vehicle up, the mechanic was frank, telling me that although the relay was replaced, there was another possible cause for the light, an intermittent problem with one of the injectors, but for the time being it shouldn’t cause any major problems. I drove off, the dash warning light came back on however he had said this might happen. The cost for the diagnosis and repair seemed reasonable and fair. I will book in again for further investigation and repair of this other injector issue they had identified. Of note, I had also taken my wife’s vehicle, a 2016 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso in after it had developed a warning light. They investigated the issue, could not ultimately find the cause as the warning light did not come back on but offered advice about what to do. They seemed to be honest, the garage seemed to be clean, neat and tidy giving the impression they take pride in their work. At this time I highly recommend them.

The only problem I have is that you have to ask definitively to speak to one of the mechanics to explain or get feedback on what your issue is with the car. It's sometimes a simple thing, and I'd unnecessarily delay booking in because of the expectation of a huge bill. Sometimes I might know whats wrong but my info is then relayed to the mechanics later on when I'm not even there ,so there's always a risk that they may not do everything you want done ,or fix something similar to what y want fixed but not the actual item you wanted looking at. Im a big believer in the old fashioned ways. l'd prefer speaking directly to the people working on my car. Im a bit of a fusspot ,but giving instructions or asking for possible outcomes from a perfectly curtiouse and freindly receptionist - though admits to not being a mechanic or being able to comment on parts required or possible costs - is not really ideal . Having ranted on ,I must emphasize that all the work and M.OT. repairs undertaken here have certainly been to my satisfaction and quick accomodation turnaround in getting me back on the road safety.

Popped in randomly (was closest garage) before Christmas with a coolant problem. David was great and spent time making sure that the car was running OK, which initially it wasn't!! Would recommend and will use again.
