I needed my van fixing ASAP as I am a tradesman and need it for work. I dropped my van off in the morning, within an hour they diagnosed the problem and called me promptly to advise me. Managed to complete the work needed within the next few hours after diagnosis on the same day! Tracey on the front desk was extremely transparent and talked me through the whole process. The mechanic even showed me the damaged part which was replaced when I got there.
Very transparent, efficient service! Would highly recommend!
R. M.My son realized his mot had run out on Friday we didn't notice this until around 1.30pm on Saturday they close at 2pm. I phoned crascent motor to see if they could fit me us in at sort notice for an mot they not only fitted us in but also kept the garage open late for us excellent service and a good price. Still a great place.
R. M.Please don’t be put off by reviews that are from two or three years ago. I called up this morning and without hesitation, a lovely woman from reception named Tracey, managed to fit me in with a full diary on her hands.
From start to finish, the communication, to customer service and price, I cannot fault the experience provided by Tracey and the lovely gent Harley, who fixed my car within 1 working day.

The MOT prices are very reasonable, the servicing costs are ultra competative. The guys who operate the garage are always courteous and professional, you can see why they're always busy.
I would endorse this garage to anybody who might require their services, and I sincerely hope others continue to support this local independent garage.

S. D.My dad has been dealing with Cresent for a very long time and I’ve been going there ever since I’ve owned my first vehicle , Owner Jamie is a very honest and genuine bloke, everyone is quite friendly, always looked after us.
I’ve had all sorts of work done, from a M.O.T to an engine change and I can honestly recommend to anyone that their work is excellent!

D. C.Externally helpful. I have all my mot's done here on both veichels. Well priced and any work over the years I've needed done they have done well priced and the work has been done to a high standard. But mainly just how helpfull they are. I had all 8 tyres slashed on both vehicles and they came out and done them for me at worked until very late in the evening to get them done for me knowing I needed the veichels for work. And again this was done a very good price. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
