I was looking for somewhere near to home and, having read the reviews of this garage, I thought I'd give them a go. The service was outstanding. Great availability of appointments, rapid diagnosis of fault and repaired and back on the road within a couple of hours. And very reasonable invoice at the end of it. Would certainly use again and would recommend.

I was recommended this garage. Now had my cambelt and water pump replaced. Friendly and welcoming. Cleanest garage I have ever used. Filled me with great confidence and I wasn't disappointed. Job done efficiently and on time. Will definitely be using this garage again. Highly recommended.

Very honest. My car was extremely squeaky across the front. They took a look and gave me a call. Said it just needed a bit of oil to sort the squeaking out and didn't charge me. I will definitely be using them in the future

Went in for mot, few issues to be dealt with but lads at garage got it done, in good time too! Had chat over phone to explain works needed including prices, very polite easy going and also answered some queries I had, no one likes taking there cars to the garage ie costs etc, but DD autos is the place to go, fair prices too and get a good job done I'll be back!

Best garage in Ipswich. Will normally fit you in straight away in my experience. Great blokes and very professional mechanics. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would not take my car anywhere else.

I have used this garage a few times now for servicing, MOT and fixing a fault for me. I've always been a bit wary of garages as they get tarred with the see a female raise the price brush!!!! But defo not Darren and his hard working team. The lady on reception has been lovely too and the mechanics work so hard. The quality of their work to me has been faultless, good prices, very professional and their awareness of times has been great. My Cecil was due his MOT and service but unfortunately for me I am suffering with severe anxiety and MH issues. My appointment and needs were negotiated via email, Darren arranged for someone to pick up my car, and bring it back for me, and allowed me to pay via bank transfer. He told me what time they were coming and I put the keys in the porch, the man was here on time at 9.30 and by 11 I'd had an email to let me know what was happening and by 2.30 the car was back and the keys put back thru the letter box. I honestly and truthfully could not have asked for more, or better service. Darren and the team..... thank you so very much. Don't everybody rush here thou as I'll never get an appointment when i need one!!!! But seriously this is a fantastic garage with great mechanics an amazing owner and great reception team. They will defo sort out your car troubles or your MOT, service or tyre replacement
