It has been excellent - they are extremely friendly and helpful with very knowledgeable mechanics, They've serviced the car without fuss with a quick turnaround and in the meantime have provided Mercedes courtesy cars for me to drive. After being recommended by another Mercedes specialist, this morning I took my Mercedes SL320 (R129) to Derrick Wells for it to have a diagnosis after experiencing overheating issues, Mick on reception immediately offered us a tea or coffee and ensured we were comfortable in the waiting area in the showroom, an hour later and our car was ready, next week we'll be taking it back for the new part to be supplied and fitted whilst having the additional bonus of having a courtesy car whilst our SL is being repaired. Top quality staff, added to this my car has cream coloured seats and carpets, the mechanic made sure it was returned to us in the same unmarked condition as it was prior to him driving it into the workshop.

I brought my e class in for a filter sensor change but these guys worked out that it wasn’t needed, the oil had been filled incorrectly! They saved me money and offered an amazing service. I have been using Derrick Wells now for over 2 years having moved to the area. They are now my go to for everything from Services and MOT to major jobs. Recently, my CLK needed a new roof and the wheels refurbed. Yet again, they came through and had the car ready and professionally washed within a week. I couldn't believe it that they had done all that work in such a short period of time and to the highest level of standards. The car looked incredible. They also provide a courtesy car which is very rare these days for garages to offer a car whilst yours in being worked on. Nice place but very expensive, most actions require " investigation " 78 £ + VAT . They use only genuine parts it means part cost 200£ instead 40. I was thinking it will be good alternative to Mercedes Benz dealer but i been wrong.
