Grinded the rear side panel of my new car against the brick of my car port. The scratch was awful. Booked an appointment with Vehicle Refinishers and dropped off the car. Vehicle was ready to collect the next day. Not only did they do a flawless job, they charged me half the price everyone else was quoting. There was even an extra chip on my fuel cap that they sorted for me, with no extra charge. These guys are the real deal, really nice staff as well. I can't recommend them enough, my car is as good as new.

I had some bad chips in my car's bonnet and a scratch that had split the paintwork underneath. They had it done by Friday afternoon and pumped my tires up for free as well as they were a little flat. The car bonnet looks like new, they had it ready in 3 days and the price was really reasonable, plus they broke down why it was that price and what they needed to do. Really impressed!

On a visit to Suffolk from the west of England 350 miles away and developed a wheel bearing break up on my van. Mark fitted me in the next day and replaced the offending wheel bearing no fuss and to a high standard. These people are wonderful and I highly recommend them. Courteous and very friendly.

Had an accident with a Column in a car park due to another driver speeding round a corner and I got a few quotes before I tried this garage. It was very fairly priced and the work was done the following week to an amazing standard. Thanks for your professional help. Jamie

Affordable prices, friendly staff took the man four months to fix my clutch. (March to June. June is when the clutch was fixed) Tried to give me tips about not wearing the clutch when I only had the car for two months.( weren't the person who weared the clutch) When I picked the car up 30mins later only to find the clutch weren't fixed. Tried to down play he didnt know what the issue was at first advised me to drop the keys off. Sat outside my property for over a week. ( surely would of thought they would had checked it) waited two weeks later clutch was fixed and car was tested. Yay happy days, overall weren't happy on the time frame on long it took to be fixed. Which was terrible spent £1600 on public transportation due to having no vehicle and forked out other expenses also. I left honest and fair review, doesn't matter when I decide to leave a review...there's no timescale when you have to leave a review, is there???? If so then let me know? ( come like Ebay with this 5 star rating 🙄)

My car had a very deep scratch on the drivers side door and a dent on the rear wing, had been to over 10 different body shops across Ipswich/Martlesham and Ipswich Vehicle Refinishers not only offered the best quote but were also very extremely helpful and friendly, didn't have to wait a couple of days for a quote, gave me the price right there. The work was completed in 2 days, and to an immaculate standard, like it just rolled off the production line. Could not be happier with the process, dont bother going anywhere else if you wanna get body work done!
