D. S.I have had two new vehicles from John Grose in the past 12 months, one from the commercial side and one from new car sales. The level of service and taking of responsibility in response to problems have always been great. Managers ensure they stay in touch and that everything is investigated and followed through thoroughly. None of the issues I have had relate directly to the dealer but to Ford Motor Company and manufacturing issues but John Grose have always taken the time and effort to get involved for me.
A. A.Since moving to Suffolk, I have used John Grose at Diss for purchasing and servicing my Ford vehicles. This month my car required a safety update so arranged to drop my car off and wait for the update to be completed. I was told it would take about 2 hours so left it early at the garage and went for breakfast. Received a phone call, after an hour and an three quarters, to say it had been completed. Picked the car up with the update done and valeted as well. I have never had a problem with them, always helpful and approachable.
