Had mot done car was dropped off at 9.10am and was ready to be collected at 12.30 brilliant service friendly and not too bad on the price either

Went to Ipswich yesterday for a laser hair removal appointment when I heard a loud sound while driving on the motorway . Finished my appointment and called john cox . He told me to bring it over then proceeded to check all my tyres . He then gave me a replacement car and checked it again next day . Told me that it was my window that was slightly down while driving and re aligned my shock system . All of this for absolutely FREE . I’m so shocked ! As a woman who has only been driving for 9 months, I’ve been to multiple garages that tried to take advantage of me by charging me up to 4-5 times the price . However , this garage seems very honest and trustworthy. Definitely recommend them !

These guys are a life saver. I spoke to a gentlemen i believe named matt on the phone with regards to my mercedes e320 having an issue with Abs and Esp light coming on. He was very polite and informative. When I got there I was greeted by friendly staff who cleaned my cars drivers compartment which I wasn't expecting but was nice of them. He diagnosed the fault on a machine told me what part I would need and how much. He fitted it very quickly and professionally and the lights went out spot on. Very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend these guys.

Finally found a reliable garage! They sourced competitively priced parts for me and always explain the faults they find and repairs they make thoroughly. Phoned up regarding a subframe on my Renault Modus. I was able to go down there and then for it to be assessed despite them having a car on the ramp. I had an explanation of what the frame does etc and possible works involved etc. Both of the guys that delt with me were very professional and polite. Very happy.
