I hope that they did the right job as it looks great but time will tell. The customer service was faultless and they did it so quickly which was excellent. They did tell me that my wheel alignment was off but it's hard to really know if I paid a good price to have the alignment fixed as it came up as the issue that was reported to me when I was getting my tyres replaced. So I paid the price they quoted, though I did not have chance to shop around for this service. However, the tyres were a good price as I benefited from a May sale on those.

I cannot thank those working/ praise the service enough at Kwikfit. Managed to book a last minute MOT and needed new tyres. They managed to fit these and re-test within an hour, squeezing us in between appointments. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough

Had a brilliant experience at Kwik Fit Ranelagh Road. I arrived with my 3 week old baby to have the air con re-gased and was told it would take an hour and was offered a seat to wait. I decided to go for a walk instead and when I returned an hour later, a member of staff met me outside the office so that I didn't have to negotiate the pram into the building. He clearly explained what they had done and returned my key (I had paid in advance online) and there were no problems. They had also parked my car away from the main car park so that I had ample room to open the doors to put my son in the car seat and put the pram away. Highly recommend.

Friendly guys who fitted my new tyres quickly and on a Sunday afternoon as well ..all at a very good price honestly they were within £10 of the cheapest price I found on the internet for 4 tyres and we're the only ones who could fit me in on a Sunday afternoon at short notice..which saved me having to take time off work....what more can you ask from what is mainly a tyre shop. looks like they have an offer for cheap Mots if you need it at the moment. Just an extra edit a few days later and my cars driving nice a smooth so I can vouch for the good wheel balancing here as well. Also I couldn't help but notice they checked the wheel nut torques twice on every wheel which is also good.

Called on the off chance as my tyres on advisory on the mot.Helpful mechanic came out to check them and give me advice. What I hadn"t been told was that the back 2 tyres were 15 years old and close to their use by date.Who has 15 year old tyres? Well i wasn't going to have them for long! New ones were ordered for the next day and put on in record time while i waited.What a difference. Definitely rate them.

I checked to see if the internet date scheduled time was on as the ordering system said the tyres were due in on the Monday but the selected branch in Ipswich offered a Sunday spot. Spoke with Jamie who was extremely helpful booked the Sunday & he said he would call me to confirm the tyre was in. He did call me on the Friday to confirm it had arrived & I have to say I was surprised someone actually followed through having made a promise. Can’t praise him enough the service was excellent& the tyre was fitted on Sunday no fuss. Great service from Ipswich well done will definitely go back there in future.

Very efficient and gave me good, practical advice as it looks like a sensor may just have been triggered by the recent frosty mornings. Right on time. Good advice given about timing and told that alterations because of certain recharge gas situations being unavailable would be phoned to me. Just about at the time that my MOT was due to complete and 15 minutes work to be done on my engine cleaning extra, I received a call to say that the aircon recharge could not be done because of the specific gas needed by my vehicle and the car would be ready when I returned. When I arrived arrangement were being made to reimburse my credit card for the unused service. The repayment was with me the next day. Got to site early.. loads of customers turned up which is a good sign.. had my Aircon recharged.. it's was a lot better than Nacton Rd.. system was a lot cooler than before.. I'm taking into account the long periods that my car stood still but only had the Aircon recharged in January so only seven months ago.. but as mentioned running better than before.. staff a lot more friendly as well. I had a couple of tyres in need of replacing. I popped into Kwik fit on Saturday. They were able to get the car in straight away and check the condition of the tyres. Two new tyres were fitted and balanced, having looked elsewhere first they were very competitively priced. The service was really good as was the quality of the workmanship.

Firstly, Kwikfit phoned me to remind me that the MOT was due to run out. Sadly I was not in my home town so took it to the nearest depot to where I was. I took my car in for it's Mot. Happily it passed. Whilst waiting, we were shown where the, free, drinks machine was, we had a lovely hot chocolate as there was no tea or was it coffee? Either way, any excuse to enjoy an hot chocolate! The lads in there were friendly but I find that wherever I am, all Kwikfit employees are friendly. They do not waste their time gassing, rather they get on with their important work. I respect them. Thank you all.
